lol. Then my life would be consumed by; cutting, cloning, transplant, fill res, cutting, transplant, clone, transplant, cut, trim, transplant, clon, cut, trim, transplant, etc.

that would be nice actually, maybe when i am rich...

now i couldn't feed 5 people on a 5x5 space restriction
but i could fair fine with no problem

about this area size of a king size mattress

frist i would prolly divide up the area into to sides
flower | vegg- yes it would take a few grows to master this but it would be doable

i would take 4 clones and start them in my vegg then after 3weeks of lsting/vegging i would move them to the flower side
then after 2 weeks of flowering i would take some cuts and move then to the vegg side for 3weeks of vegg
then move them to the flower side for 2 wks before i take 4 more cuts and then move them to the vegg side
at this point my first 4 that i placed into flower shoud be ready to harvest. but sence it kind of early i would only take off 1oz.....................................................................

yes i know i will have to harvest sometimes at 20% amber and sometime 80% and sometime i prolly would have to give some away . and yes i would prolly have to get my clones for clubs or from a "mother grower"
this is just one idea

cant have more then an oz on you
all in a 5X5 area
16 plants (in the flowering chamber) each aiming for 1/4 oz flowering at differant time
harvesting 2-4 plants at a time, every week or every 2 weeks
4 plants constantly in veg going over to flower
then being replaced after being cut from plants thats been in flower for 2 weeks max all being
grown in 1gal(maybe 3) hempy buckit or maybe flood and drain
under (1kw hps flower/250w mh veg) both cool tubed
mylar wall covered air tight sealed co2 inriched grow box
find a strain that flowers in 8 -10 weeks with 16 plants if you master the system and strain you can harvest a 1/2 oz (2 plants) every week maybe more

this means you can grow as much as you want and harvest as much as you want
just only keep an oz on you

oregon is doing this to but i think we are going to pass it. on the 24th of april there is a

(b) living and harvested cannabis plants shall be assessed by square footage, not by weight in determining the amounts set forth in section 11300(a);

i'm asumeing that as long as its on the plant living or being harvested(they need to define this, i'm thinking hanging dry) then it can be within the assessed square footage (i wonder if they would consider curing "jars" as a part of harvesting as long as its within the 5x5 area)

see i'm understanding the "one once" to be the legal amount they will allow you to walk around with with out being fucked with by the boys in blue, because they also say that they can't sell a person more then one once to a person in any transaction from a dealer, so if the police pull you over they should not find more then one once per person over 21 in that car.. but at your house you can have as much as you grow in that area it just cant leave your house

"personally posses" means anywhere. i would think.

this is why i want to slow down a minute. it doesn't make sense. somewhere/somehow a club owner has a huge garden. :bigjoint:

Provided that, nothing in this section shall permit unlawful or unlicensed cultivation of cannabis on any public lands.

but you can have as much as you can gow in you 5x5 area at home
and if this is the case sounds cool to me i'll say yes
then go get a lawyer for everything else

from what i'm gathering it sounds like the clubs want to corner the market. they are trying to legalize while they do it so it's kinda a win/give situation. it is written in such a way that the clubs will be able to operate as they do now and personal grows will be limited so you will almost be forced to visit a club at some point. then if you do grow your own they will tax it so the state gets the money instead of the clubs. in the end the money will still be being made, just not by the small independent growers. you won't be buying ounces of OG kush for 50 dollars. it will still be 350 an ounce. you'll just be allowed to carry it home is all.

i still could be wrong. :joint:
 
I hope what ever cali does they do it right. my state will follow what ever they do. Someone is trying to get it on the ballot but Don't know how close they are.
