id say that thats plenty of light but you should definately invest in light reflectors as it would pretty much double the light intensity, even making some light reflectors to better direct the light completely on the plant. As cfl's arn't generally as intense as HID's , the light that is coming out of the bulbs that are pointing away from the plant don't have the strength and luminescence to bounce of the wall and still hit the plant, or rather they do but the light will be greatly diminished. Invest in some reflectors and it will make a ton of difference
hope that helps

Holy batman cfls lol 9 cfls even with 7 of them being 26 watts is plenty. thats 278 watts of light for that 1 plant it should be just fine. Its looking great and healthy as well. Keep up the good work. Light reflectors would def put more light on the plant and when the plant starts forming buds you want all the light possible hitting those buds so they thicken up and get nice and dense for you. Right now i would be worried about it but a little later in flowering you might want to get a few. I also would put reflectors on all of them as i would hang like 4 of those 27 watters around the plant. I would hang one at each corner of the plant sort of making a box around the plant with those 4 cfls and hang them so they are right around the middle of the plant. With these lights around the middle of the plant and not having reflectors on them they will get there light to spread out to all the spots up in the plant that the lights with reflectors on them might not be hitting. Your plant will love this and you should get some nice dense buds all over the plant instead of just where the light is mainly focused on

You should realy go buy a reflector not make one. Yees they are the little round things with clamps that may have came with your light. They should be a metal casing that goes around the top half of your light and this will direct like 90 percent of the light to the spot you have it shining at instead of losing all the light from the top half of the light which is happeneing now
