I know it will take longer, but could some one help me understand this process. if it helps i have a areo cloner and suck with rockwool. thanks for the hopeful help:clap:

You can do it but it takes longer to root & they're more susceptible to rot or mold.

You'd have better luck, re-vegging.

When you harvest, just take the biggest buds & leave as much of the plant as you can. Then give them at least 18hrs of light.

Good Luck!

do i need to cut off the little bit of bud thats there? i'd be taking cuttings from the very bottom of the plant so theres just little popcorn on it

That's a borderline call.

If the buds are well formed & showing trich's, trim it off. If they're small & not showing much frost, leave them, your clones will sprout from there.

take the clones, scrap the harvested plant. That revegging things is cool but for other reasons. imo..take a month at least. but deffinately time consuming comparitively. . imo.. but take the cuttings, clone under a 24 hour light cycle and continue that for the first week after cloning.. then go 18/6. and im blasted so i forgot what i was taking about .. but clone and revert them, that could take two weeks to a month.. and keep the gentic that way..

tomorrow when i readk this i bet its funnier that shit.. i love computes..

you can try to find a branch on the very bottom that has little or no bud. that would be easy to clone. this one was done like that but only 3 weeks flower. 12 days roots and new growth,15 days i topped it

Me and bb have cloned a greenhouse seeds church plant on day 21 of flower to monster crop it. this was our first time cloning and we were about to get 4 out of 5 to live they look amazing now in flowering. getting them back into veg took a long time though. we have also cloned a kandy kush x skunk from DNA. we cloned 8 once they showed sex in the flower room used a bubble clones and all 8 are doing very well and have revegged nicely. the number of tops on the churchs is very nice may i add. the kandy kush x skunk have not made it that far yet but they are moving along nicely as well.

you can take clones whenever you want...it will take a lil bit to revert and it will start throwing out 1 leaf nodes and crazy shit but it will work and you will have clones...

Cloning that late in flower usually doesn't work, but what have you to lose? Air layering sometimes works in late flower, but you will be about to harvest when the roots show. Revegging almost always works and sometimes it goes quicker than mentioned.

You can clone them that late but there is a good chance your plant will have less vigor the second time through. I once grew out an Afghani that had sick trich production and dense nugs. I cloned late in flower and then grew the clones under the same conditions. The finished bud was more airy and had less resin the second time through, although it was still good.
