But the way I was raised, you don't say shit. No matter what. Yes, calling the cops would be an easier way to keep the person's belongings, but that's not the rule on the streets. The rule is, you don't talk to cops. No matter what. You just don't snitch. Street justice.

Fade, you're right. If someone's life was in danger (or percieved to be in danger) I'm sure I wouldn't just sit there and not say shit. Yes, every situation is different. But for something like a car being stolen; that is why you're SUPPOSED to have insurance on your car. If you decide not to, than you follow the rules of the street and hope that everyone around you does as well.

You're right. In California you don't have to legaly have insurance for your car being stolen; but it's a good idea to be insured for it if you're already paying for insurance and you have a car that may be stolen.

Smith and Wesson M&P 15-22. Scaled down version of the 223, but with .22 ammunition. Semi-auto with a 30 round clip(10 by california law, but fuck the law) and it's legal in california with no special permit. Just have to be 18 with no felonies.

That being said, this is the new scenario. Look out the widow to see 6 "brothers" trying to break into a car. Grab the 22 and walk to the door. Open the door and stand on front porch with 22 in-hand. "What the fuck are you guys doing?!" What's gonna happen, they're going to either confront you(not a good idea) or take off. If they confront you tell them what's up and if they brandish a weapon, unload. No need for the cops to be called and anyone with half a brain will not try to escalate the situation when you're hold a military style rifle or even a handgun for that matter.

I don't care if you rent or not, that's your HOME, correct? Make sure bad things don't happen where you can see them out your window. You would want someone to do the same for you, right?

I can't legally own a handgun in CA. You have to be 21. So thats the plus side. Plus you can buy the 223 barrel for it and convert. I'm not worried about how small the rounds are, because with a 30rd clip im going to hit you more than once, and I've got the hollow tips. Got a bolt action 22 that's about 18 inches long, but 7 round clip and having to cock it each time isn't going to work.


I'm still considering buying a glock or a nice 357. We'll see when the money comes.
