pale green leaves why?. did i burn my plant ? got pics need help. few other Q's aswel

just moved my plant under my new 125W cfl i got on the side of it (youll understand if u seee my pics) and i got another 30W , directly above it ..

im afriad i may have burnt it ad the top small leaves have a blackish edge? isit burnt ? ... i got my cfls 2+ inches away maybe 3in... ? i dont see how they can be burning...

my plant has got pale green leaves and it looked slightly yellow on the edge what is this and how do i fix it and make it a strong bright green..?

i use water mixed with baby bio , growing in soil. PH7 ...

my tallest plant was seriously streched and i was abit heavy handed and basicly snapped the stem i proped it back up but the leaves are now dropping alot will it sort out ?

The one on the top looks further away then 2-3 inches.... I would also reverse your setup, put the stronger one, up top and the weaker one on the side, I wouldn't even use the side one for another few weeks, I would have them both above for now until the leaves become big enough to start blocking the light to lower foliage

Btw color of plant looks normal and healthy, just a little stretch, which can be resolved by what I said, and you can also Bury the stem with dirt up to about an inch of the first leaves, to correct it.

the plant with striaght leaves is burued up to about an inch thats why it looks so short lol ..
but ive read that the cfls get more light from the side then the bottom ? ...

last time I checked plants like to grow up and towards light. again.. side is good for flowering and later stages of growth to promote stretch and light to lower foliage, from what I understand.
