Please I'd love to see some more shots of this, and did you ever explain what method is used to extract the oils?
Or if the thing is gooey or more solid when it's dried?
Or if you need to keep it refrigerated after making it?

Sorry, lost track of this thread. It's a co2 extraction. It's more solid when it's finally cured, the chemdog more so than the cheese (pictured). Cool and dark, but not refrigerated. Attached is a pic I just took, not the highest magnification but you get the picture.

Sorry for the double post, but the reason some of our patients don't smoke straight hash oil is because they find it's messy or hard to manipulate. Especially elderly patients with severe arthritis in their hands. Being able to pop a honey bud in a bowl is a lot easier than doing hot spoons or anything or that nature.

this is why i use an oil pipe with a hot rod, ...

they really do work rather well and a lot of people are just discovering this. they are kinda a "new thing". just heat the rod and touch it to the oil. it all stays contained within the bowl.

i've founds oil on bud just splatters everywhere and then most of it just melts down into the pipe. it's not a very efficient way to smoke oil. IMO


and why is your bud cut oil 60 dollars a gram when a gram of oil is only $45 and a gram of bud is $15 - 20? it should be cheaper since it's cut with bud.

Our oil is actually $60 a gram. It's amazing stuff. We have to charge a little extra for the caviar because of the time the buds take to cure, but I think you make a valid point. We could probably go a little lower.

Those oil pipes are great! I've been trying to find someone who can blow them for us. We sell the essential vaapp, where the oil just screws in.

just one point in defense of the whole degrading weed by removing some kief. when you smoke up that kief, it's going to be a hell of a lot better a smoke in comparisson to just toking the bud. swings and roundabouts i guess. at the end of the day you're still smoking the same stuff.

for the record though i removed the filter form my grinder a while back

I'm kinda 50/50 on the kief thing. I dont like to make my buds less potent from the grinder keeping the good stuff, so when I go to friends, I make sure to load up both their kief in the grinder plus the buds. Makes it win/win for me!

OMG, no kidding! I was shocked at the huge diversity Denver has in both the MMJ movement and the recreational movement. It's insane to see how many ppl out here support legalization on one level or another from hugely differing socioeconomic backgrounds.

We tried to pass a Colorado Constitutional amendment making pot legal for ANYONE over the age of 21 and up to an z or two. That was back in 06/07. Sadly it didn't pass but it did give us a good baseline reading as to our support in Colorado and its fricken HUGE! I was lucky enough to collect signatures for the intuitive and I had 70 year old CSU professors signing the petitions. If you ever get the chance to collect signatures for an initiate DO IT! It's soooo fun and you get to meet soooooo many different people. Many will agree with you but some won't and they are my favs cause they always lose the debate. lol

but as with a majority of high priced products, you're paying in part for the fact that you have not had to do the work. it's only such a rip off to people who can and do grow their own bud, make up some oil, spend the time marinating in and such, then sure, but to others that's a lot of hassle they didn't need done for them so will pay
