How do my plants look after 5 weeks? (Pics)

I'm currently using 1 x 250w CFL and I have 5 on the go and they're about 3x the size of yours :/ (they're 2 weeks old). It looks nice and healthy but still quite small - invest in more lights?

I've seen alot worse, lol, i sometimes see people who are 2-3 months in and their plant is still just on its first or second set of leaves on here. Why is it yellowing? or dont you know? If you dont know give us detailed info for us, ph, temps, watering, nutes, etc. how far from the lights is the plant? They lose their effectiveness quite quickly the further away they are.

yes this is my first grow and i was just looking for suggestions. so it looks ok, just small? i am only using about 75 watts of cfl. would more light really do the trick?

Either way it's still small for its age, lets go ahead and see if we cant figure out why. It might be real easy to spot if you give us info on it and the grow and any problems/mistakes youve made so far, if any.

ok yeah, i am only using 2 27w daylights and a 20w indoor with a 20w flourescent tube. would more light make all the difference. because other than that i think i'm keeping ti pretty healthy.

light makes a huge difference...if it didnt you would be able to grow trees with cfl's and there would be no need for HID

i am growing with 2 27w daylight bulbs, a 20w indoor bulb, and a 20w tube. I am on 18/6 and use a diluted miracle grow solution about every other feeding. not too many problems, just slow growth. The soil is just a basic organic soil.

It all depends on the lights, get more/better lights! btw has the plant got yellowing leaves like the user said above or is that just the light? (I thought it was the light)

It's the light. haha, sorry that looks deceiving, i actually havent had any yellowing or browning the whole time.

what type of dirt is it in u may need to stop nutes period...
It is just a jiffy mix, organic soil. it says it is 48% sphagum peat moss and 52% vermiculite and some lime for pH balance.
