Sounds like mold or a fungus is attacking your leaves from excess humidity..overwatering, or low temps, or a combination of both.

^That's what I was thinking, too. Crank up the fans, or add another oscillating fan, spray them with some neem oil, and cut off the effected leaves(as long as there's not a shitload.lol). Is it mainly the lower leaves? If so, cutting them won't be much of a problem. If it's the upper leaves, beware, and it might be better to let them die off on their own. Tough call, without any pics.

Also, since they're still in veg, you could use some chemical fungus control stuff, and not worry about it effecting the quality of smoke, like it would if you were in bloom.

i have constant air flow, temps are fine ( im on complete water cooled system) ...im stumped! i guess im just gonna guinni-pig em and see what comes of em, this is def. not a mold or insect issue. i sprayed them with the bleach mixture...guess ill go transplant a couple of them and see if it stops. i know a pic. would help but im not gonna post any till this crop is done and my garden relocated...just paranoid i guess!
