Fertilizer Newbie

I just got finished flush my plants since i nute burnt them, but now im wondering when should put fertilizer and how much N-P-K should i have put in for a 4 week old plant and what kind of fertilizer should i use?

You need a grow formula and a bloom formula. Get some flora nova $20 per bottle go by the life of the plant and go about 80% strength on the food.
