What do you all think about this setup? I am thinking of purchasing it. It cost around $350. Does anyone have a setup like this one and if you do share some pictures of your developments please:weed::weed::weed: This is for my 3 Plants.

hmm... how many watts .... and lumens... ect... looks kinda intresting... although you could prolly get something twice as effective for half the price...

ya u could just get a really nice 1000w switchable mh/hps air cooled system for that or less, that just looks cool so they charge to much imo

i always thought this setup was stupid. because the outer bulbs are fluorescents, they NEED to be just above the plant tops, but the HID HPS in the middle make that impossible because they are attached, so imo the daylight T5 bulbs are basically wasted.

I agree, kinda a waste when they are on the outsides, and considering you would need to keep the HPS/MH away from the plants then you lose light intensity from the Flor's.
Good thinking !
Well I'm only growing 3 right now and each is an experiment. Diffrent nutes and brand/type soil. After they grow a bit I am going to switch light cycles to a longer peroid. Currently on 18/6. I am going to do 1 at 24hr cycle on 2 CFL's & 2 T5 Flor's. 1 on 20/4 cycle with same setup and leave one on 18/6 same setup. When flowing is ready to happen then I will put all three together under a dual MH/HPS system like I have posted below.

Yes. I had seen those before. Couple comments. They are the wrong spectrum for growing 5500k is daylight, we want a mix of blue(6500k) and red(2700K). I think the pins on t-8's and t-12's are the same. Very innovative, probably by an hourly employee that has a brain. Led's will be the grow lights of the future. If they made these bulbs with the right mixture of red and blue they would sell millions. VV

Ugggg I totally agree that the hourly American has been pushed to the wayside even though they are the true underbelly of America and have always been the inventors.

Ooooo I have a college degree so that means I can do better than you. Not quite, I have known very little inventors that had much past highschool or a 2 yr degree.
