anyone got expierience with this one? son of a bitch is sayin i was "swaying approxamately 4 inches" n tht my feet couldnt stay on the white line but he left out tht i was wearing flip flops the cops just bullshitting all over the report n im fighting it, i stopped smokin so i can pass a test if they give me one, what if they call me a lier whatll happen a worse punishment? i live in mass help me out with these fucking thiefs

The only way you'll have a drug test is if they put you in a drug program. You have already been charged and most likely going to be convicted. Have you been arraigned yet?

In my neck of the woods, a DWI (OUI) always has a substance abuse treatment attached to it. Be it alcohol or not, if you get a DWI here, drug treatment will be part of your probation after you do the mandatory min sentence for what ever DWI you happen to be on. 1st time is 24 hours. It increases to months and years depending on how many times one has gotten one.

and 4 inches is a lot to sway man you fell short
and the weed will stay in your system for a while. they cannot test you now to prove you were high at the time they stopped you.

what else were you doing? it seems like they had some other reason...... you didnt have anything on you or in your car? this story doesnt seem right they just pulled you out and made you walk a line cause they thought you were high on mj? and you failed?

i actually i thought i passed the test to a T, theres just a lot of shit on the report that is very untrue, like id start the test "before his command" like wtf its not simon says

Swaying is the most used excuse for pulling people over. The cop probably saw you were alone and young and he has a quota to fill so you were the target of his avarice. There is no way to prove you weren't weaving. Basically the law in my state says that they have probable cause if you move more than 6 inches from a straight path. Basically its interpreted literally as in if during your entire trip your car moved more than 6 inches from a perfectly straight line they can pull you over. You make a right hand turn, boom! They got you for swerving don't they? Its stupid really and maybe some day cops will just get shot in the face for doing it but until then just realize they have you under their thumb and can manufacture whatever reason they want to pull you over.

when i wrote that i thought you meant you swayed 4 inches while you were walkin the line lol
