good start but if you turn those lights on there side and make a reflector you'll be in better shape but its a good start. if you keep the in that container paint the sides flat whit of get some mylar.

yea, looks fine as it is. Just leave everything until they get a bit bigger, don't drown them just keep the soil moist. Are the cfl's 6500k? if so thats great! If not I recommend getting some, Also i suggest building your self a proper grow box, as a cool box won't be so good later on. Not much else to say for now!

Turn the lights to the sides. thats were the light throws its lumens out the most.
Looking good for but need bigger space once they get bigger.
Goodluck.

I use a 45W CFL on one plant and it does great so far.
The main things I use diffently is more venting (heat issues during summer), better use of the lights (you could use reflectors or place the lights simply closer to the plants if temps aren't an issue) and richer soil (I don't know your brand but I don't use prelite. I use plain potting soil and loads of compost. For a newbie maybe its not the best tip as overwater is way easier to achive. I would still add compost if its not LOADED with it to come with)

Check my journal, might give you ideas. My setup is working for over a month with that plant and it proved to work well, with less than half of your wattage.

well i dont want to grow monster plants i just want around thee ounces, how will i have enough space for that
Don't get your hopes too high.
With that much light you should be happy with an ounce and a half. even if you do everything right. If you maximize everything, go high-tech aeroponics with top shelf nutrients and all that crap and top quality genetics you would still be lucky getting 2 ounces with 120W of CFL light.

I can't imagine 3 ounces out of thoes lights, no metter how pro you are.

I also don't see a way for you to cramp more lights into there without major heat issues.
