How long till harvest? I will be flowering one plant under a 150 watter and would love to pull close to a QP. I think with CFL side lighting it shouldn't be hard.

thanks there should be pics on page 16 other than that jus waiting patiently for these trichomes to start changing to amber i have a magnifying glass that magnifies at 15 times and at 10 times i wonder if that would do or do i need like 20 times mangnification!!!!
i used to use a microscope..but found that i had to cut off pieces of the plant to put em on a slide...so scrapped that and got me one of these bad boys

now i can look at any part of the plant i want to without removing anything :)

today will be day number 51, it seems for the best taste and best high you have to harvest when half of your trichomes are amber in color. The trichomes start out clear then they become milky like mine are right now it adds a fuzzy look to your bud then the next step is amber i planned on 60 days flowering but it seems i have a little longer and the way i see it is that i have waited this long so doing it right is paramount and i will do so....

Jus get a twisty tie and create a hook on both ends, if your pot has a ridge you can rig it to the ridge and then bend your plant over, use the hook to keep it in position in days you will start to see new growth coming form the nodes...and continue to bend the main branch out of the way for the new growth to be strong and healthy and now have a chance to become viable tops for your plants...in short, those are the methods that i used to maximize my yield...

plants got better over night, all the leaves popped back up and are looking good. I know I should cut some of the ones off my bushy plant but scared I will cut the wrong ones. Its just one leaf per node right then cut one from the next side on the node above? I will give it a try.

plus alot of cleaning and moving around in my room today so I will have a spot for my big cabnit lol, I got to looking at my plants at the height of them, they are going to be ok if they double in size. I am already excited about it. so flowering time is about 8 to 10 weeks, lil over 2 months I think. bb later to see what new pics ya have up. room cleaning time :D

a node is between the fan leaf and the steam right where they meet....so im not sure but its seems like you can have a node with one fan leaf cause sometimes they grow one and then another one like one inch up....gud luck and i want pics of this cabinet very interested to see whats poppin!!!

personally i would wait for your plant to be at your 3rd or 4th node then with a razor cut the new growth thats coming up....after a couple days maybe 4 to 5 youll start to see the two headed monster gud luck bud, grow on!!!!!

saw your grow you have a hell of a plant...super healthy...did those seeds ever germinate or? what i do is put them in a air tight plastic container make sure the water i put in is a little warm close the container and in 24hrs to 48hrs they sprout(must be kept in dark)....i also never cover a germinated seed in soil i put it in tap root first and have the seed itself on top, cover a lil bit but you should be able to still see the seed!! i think that gives it a running start!
PURPLE PLANT POWER!
Haha:leaf:
Lookin good!

OK I trimmed up my babies, I cut off the lil leaves at the bottom, dont think they do any good anyways. Then like you said at each node I cut a Fan leaf off all the way to the main stem, then next node I cut off the one on the opposite side. The first one I did looks kinda funny but the others look real good, but they werent as bushy as my big one, I left all the branches that had growth like tops, so I think that will help alot when I add them to the cabnit.

got part of the room cleaned out of the way, now have to wait for someone to come help me move my a big peice of furniture way over to the door, that will leave me with a big space for the cabnit :D , have to run to town and get some plywood and 2x4's , white gloss paint.

lol i actually never told you to cut fan leafs off....fan leafs are the solar panel for the plants energy intake...mustve been a mis understanding i was tryin to tell you what a node was...your supposed to be supercropping....bending the fan leaves so they are out the way for your new growth that comes FROM your nodes....so fan leaves arent to be cut...or how else would the tree collect energy...your plants are big and should be able to take the cuttings but bro never cut your fan leaves unless they are at the bottom and yellowing and obselete and even then i would leave them alone until they fall....if the leaf still has green in it that means the plant is still using it.......
