Yup, when the government controls things instead of the mob or gangs controlling a situation, it ends up a lot less bloody. A problem though with legalization is that gangs get pissed when people start buying from dispensaries, and they often try to attack owners for "stealing their business." It would wipe out street dealing.. who's going to buy from Big Joe in the city when you can pay much less for higher quality legally! Dealers would have to adapt, begin their own legal business or start something new. No ones going to continue street dealing when its legal, thats just silly..

It all depends on the prices that are out there because if you can buy some sour d. for 10 a blunt and in the store its like 25 a L I know I'd still be going to my local dealer if I didn't already grow my own it all depends
