but that takes all the fun out of it. i sometimes like to sit in my smoke filled cell, imagining my foes scratching their heads (or whatever part of their anatomy they deem proper) and scrambling for their dictionaries. any fool can call you a retarded, mother fucking, scum sucking, mouth breathing, ass licking piece of lint covered shit, but finding more imaginative ways to convey the same meaning is much more amusing.

it is, after all, just shits and giggles.:bigjoint:

i am often scratching various parts of my anatomy at your responses. now that i know you do it purposely, i will try to respond with similarly articulate prose, if not completely over the top, in attempt to befuddle you! hahahahah

and actually, the names you listed above are pretty imaginative ways!

Things may be looking up for my state. Only yesterday I was driving around town and saw 4 undercover vehicles, one right after another. Take a guess who was in the stopped vehicles. I drive along another couple miles down the road........three more undercover cars. I only was able to see one of them, yet another likely illegal.
I did a google to find that my state will be one that is following suit with Arizona.
There may be hope after all.

Let's hope they don't use all that extra muscle to crack down on pot-growers once they're done rounding up all the illegals....

Honestly, I'm a lot more offended by the constant stupidity, racism and anti-semitism on here, than by the name calling. In fact, the name-calling is sort of funny...

Let's hope the day comes soon where I don't see people on street corners......people who used to have homes, cars......you know, a life.

Are you saying there is never any racism on this board?

Again, do you really think everything will be fine if all illegals were suddenly to disappear tomorrow? Because if you, then you've swallowed up the misinformation with great zeal...

I'm sure this question has been answered already. No big change will come overnight.
Don't worry, I'm not at all misinformed......I'm LIVING it and it has affected me in ALL TOO MANY negative ways.

Fair enough...

Last time, I tried to explain my views to you didn't go so well but I'll try again.

The main reason that so many people risk their lives to come here each year is the promise of jobs. The reason there are jobs for illegals is because certain industries are unable to find enough of the right workers, in the right place who are 'legal', so they go ahead and hire people they know are here illegally. Then there are people who knowingly hire illegals because they are cheap and don't complain. If it weren't for those people giving jobs to people without documents there wouldn't be a problem. There are also some companies who need highly skilled people like doctors, engineers, IT people but can't get them visas so they're forced to move some of their operations abroad. This is one of the reasons that big american companies have research campuses in china and india. They simply can't get the workers they need to come to the US legally.

So.....if you can allow more of the 'right' immigrants into the country illegally and fill those jobs, there wouldn't be a need for those companies to hire people illegally. And once the promise of jobs dries up, the same will happen to the 'mexicans' streaming across the border soon enough.

The southern border is huge. It's never been fully controlled for that reason and never will be unless we spend astronomical sums of money on fences, drones, guards and what not. Look at israel! They have a tiny border between them and the palestinian areas, yet it costs them untold amount of money to try to keep up their border fence, which in parts consists of little more than sensor arrays and guard posts. Trying to stop illegal immigration through more border patrol is a bit like trying to get rid of illegal drugs by using only the DEA. And the solution for dealing with the illegal immigration problem is the same: legalize the good ones and focus all your energy on trying to crack down on the bad ones...

What's with you? I have yet to see someone be racist....show me where someone is being "racist."
Maybe you need to look a bit harder. This is from another very recent thread....

(with apologies to the person who wrote this because I appreciate his comments, but damn buddy....you're super fucking racist!)

The only thing to be sickened by is the blacks racial commitment to crime. Look at the crappiest urban cities in America that are filled with crime, poverty, fatherless households.....now tell me the majority race in these cities? Hell lets take a look at africa, where the only country/cities with any form of infrastructure or economy just happen to be former white colonies, yeah that's just coincidence. Please tell me what significant contribution the black race has left for all of us to enjoy?

there are people still running around in loin cloths hunting with spears for god sake, what race is HIV devastating because they breed like fucking rabbits thinking that having sex with virgins will cure it lol

Yeah, you're right...

What people call racism is just the truth. People are too politically correct to say it.

Either that or you're a little bit of a racist yourself.

I also hate to be the one to be saying it, but babs asked....

Are you seriously under the impression I don't realize "why" they come here seeking employment? And better yet, do you think me such a cruel person because I do realize this, yet wish to see the local citizen reap the benefit? Children are my weakness......when I see a child, it matters not what race they come from. They are the most innocent creatures left on the face of this planet and I don't wish to see a SINGLE one of them suffer!!! I don't want to pick and choose between ANY of them.

You will never find me arguing the fact that it is the employer who is at large with the blame. They will most often make a sacrificial offering by denying the citizen gainful employment in exchange for compromising their personal profit....simply defined...GREED. As far as I am concerned, these people are the TRUE low-life's of our society, along with our corrupt government. A heavy fine should at first be imposed as punishment and should they continue, jail time.

When you start bringing engineers and computer technology into the picture, I cannot help but scoff at your suggesting the desperate need for either in this country. I have 2 brothers.....one who graduated from the top engineering school and the other who has obtained his masters degree in computer technology and business administration. The engineer has never been without employment. He has in fact been sought out by head hunters left and right. He is making awesome money and doing well, while my other brother---after having held an 80 grand a year position was laid off approximately ten years ago. He has basically been working menial jobs since, and is now on unemployment with no real hope of gainful employment in his field.........sucks to hear you say that the USA has a "shortage." I see the real problem as immigration taking over.....and not only by the Mexican.
Even in the field of medicine, I can personally observe that so many physicians are from various countries, but the truth is.....they are nowhere as in need as the government would cite. I have quite a few physicians in my family. I also witness the younger population taking the incentive to explore fields in all levels of medicine. At the rate we are "demanding" our "supposed need"......this young generation I fear will be left in the dark sooner than suspected.
I take no issue with immigration, however, the projected necessity of invitation has far exceeded what this country is in need of. We need to EDUCATE OUR CHILDREN. As I have already stated, my child is going without because of the illegal immigrant.......this is NOT racism!!! This is FACT.
When all is said and done, the road on which our government has displaced as an urgent requirement, is nothing short of exaggerated.
Funds must be placed more upon the legal citizen to better themselves. We, as Americans, are in NO position to set a precedence if we are stalking the streets in hopes of a handout......but this IS what America is becoming, and at a shocking speed in such a short period of time. We simply cannot afford to continue this path!
What you fail to realize is that the "entitlements" given to the illegal alien surpass any of those given the LEGAL citizen already now. Give it only ten years.....those who have had generations live here and DIE for the cause of making this country WHAT IT IS.....will be those Mexicans in no time at all.
Americans have taken it upon themselves as a nation for so long as they have existed to protect the underdog......it is PAST time they protect THEIR OWN.
This is not so selfish as you think....there is NO POSSIBLE way America can lead in showing other countries how they too can afford themselves the luxury of living "the American way." Do you even realize there are so many third world countries that TRULY believe that we all live as they do in Beverly Hills? I kid you not...that is their impression of this country.

The USA can no more help its neighbor by traveling "down" this road.....it can only in time JOIN THEM....and I for one, do NOT wish to see this in my lifetime, or my child(ren) or grandchildren.
A very urgent message Obama must send to Mexico, is that their gov't is responsible for making the same goals and dreams possible to them as we attempt to make OURS.
There are far too many other countries in more dire straits than Mexico......they need to get off their butts and make it happen.
This country is doomed to hell in a hand basket if Obama supports another leader suing his country.........the entire world as we know it as good will be but a memory in passing..

WASHINGTON, July 6 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- A new study released today by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) estimates that illegal immigration now costs federal and local taxpayers $113 billion a year. The report, The Fiscal Burden of Illegal Immigration on U.S. Taxpayers, is the most comprehensive analysis of how much the estimated 13 million illegal aliens and their U.S.-born children cost federal, state and local governments.

The cost estimates are based on an extensive analysis of federal, state and local spending data. The Fiscal Burden of Illegal Immigration on U.S. Taxpayers examines dozens of government programs that are available to illegal aliens and their U.S.-born children, both legally and fraudulently. The report provides detailed analysis of the impact of illegal immigration on education, health care, law enforcement and justice, public assistance, and other government programs.

The report also accounts for taxes paid by illegal aliens – about $13 billion a year, resulting in a net cost to taxpayers of about $100 billion. However, the study notes that government at all levels would likely have realized significantly greater revenues if jobs held by illegal aliens had been filled by legal U.S. residents instead.

Federal spending on illegal aliens amounts to $29 billion, finds Fiscal Burden of Illegal Immigration on U.S. Taxpayers. The lion's share of the costs of illegal immigration is borne by state and local taxpayers – an estimated $84.2 billion. In 18 states, expenditures on illegal aliens exceeded the size of those states' budget deficits in FY 2009.

Among the key findings of The Fiscal Burden of Illegal Immigration on U.S. Taxpayers:

The $113 billion in outlays for services and benefits to illegal aliens and their families represents an average cost to native-headed households of $1,117 a year. Because the burdens of illegal immigration are not evenly distributed, the costs are much higher in states with large illegal alien populations. Education for the children of illegal aliens represents the single largest public expenditure at an annual cost of $52 billion. Nearly all of that cost is absorbed by state and local governments. The federal government recoups about one-third of its share of the costs of illegal immigration in the form of taxes collected. States, which bear a much greater share of the costs, recoup a mere 5 percent of their expenditures from taxes paid by illegal aliens. Granting amnesty to illegal aliens, as President Obama and others propose, would not significantly increase tax revenues generated by current illegal aliens. However, over time, amnesty would dramatically increase public costs as newly-legalized aliens become eligible for all means-tested government programs. Arizona's annual cost of illegal immigration is $2.5 billion.

"The Fiscal Burden of Illegal Immigration on U.S. Taxpayers provides a definitive response to the question of whether illegal aliens are a net benefit or a net drain on government coffers," stated Dan Stein president of FAIR. "The report examines virtually every federal, state and local government program to determine the impact of illegal immigration on the bottom line. That bottom line – $113 billion a year, and growing – makes our nation's failure to control illegal immigration one of the largest preventable burdens borne by American taxpayers."

"If political leaders in Washington and state capitals want to understand why the American public is demanding enforcement of our immigration laws, The Fiscal Burden of Illegal Immigration on U.S. Taxpayers, provides 113 billion good reasons," Stein concluded.

About FAIR

Founded in 1979, FAIR is the country's largest immigration reform group. With over 250,000 members nationwide, FAIR fights for immigration policies that serve national interests, not special interests. FAIR believes that immigration reform must enhance national security, improve the economy, protect jobs, preserve our environment, and establish a rule of law that is recognized and enforced.

Both the full text, including a program by program breakdown of the costs of illegal immigration, and a summary of the bottom line costs can be found at www.fairus.org.
