all your research definitely did not teach you how to be humble, because your obviously kind of a prick.
the question on the white widow, because i replied to the very same thread, is why the trichomes stay white, while other strains turn amber. while slightly uninformed (i had to read it a few times, and the was the jist of what I THOUGHT he was asking) he was still asking a legitimate question, though he could have chosen the newbie topic forum, general marijuana growing is also just as suitable of a topic. not everyone decides to do 2 years of research before they start. i only really researched for about 2 months before i started, and my plants are going great for my first shot. i would not elevate myself above a noob since iam about to harvest my first grow, and only have seedlings of my second that are now almost 2 weeks old. the fact that you elevate YOURSELF after only one grow, is ridiculous at best, and iam sure Mygirls and Riddleme would both agree that your post was MORE nonsene and MORE useless than the guy asking about trichomes. this is a place to learn, not a place to bash the 'students'.
we all get tired of the 'how much will i yield' threads, but seriously, get off your fucking high horse. you may not consider yourself a noob, but i consider you a noob when it comes to being a civil human being. we need more nice people willing to help others on this site, keep your insults to yourself.
even i will toss a joke at someone to tease them for a silly question, but you know what? some people arent good at research, some people just dont understand certain 'etiquette' when posting on these kind of sites. but judging by the way you very clearly judge yourself and others around you, you obviously do not have a handle on certain etiquette's yourself.
get a life, and leave the noobs alone. no one is forcing you to read or answer their questions.
-edit- oh and i just looked at your journal. dont kid yourself into thinking your no longer a noobie. two years researching and you fucked up something as simple as a transplant and your plant died? i fucked 2 of my 3 transplants up.... no deaths. maybe you should spend some more time reading the 'pros' journals. they put yours (and mine, i am not excluding myself here) to shame.

Some people are simply not capable of researching on their own, so need places like this where they can be step by step talked through things. Open your mind and drop the attitude id say, will make for a more enjoyable, stress free life.

.Think about it like this .... If everyone got annoyed at new people asking questions ( over and over ) No one would still be here helping anyone , The Patience of the people here who help noobies with what might seem to some silly questions or repeted questions is to be admired .

WoW! I totally agree with BOTH points of view... My personal pet peeve Q is "Why doesnt my plant smell?" My other is Posts that U have to read 99 times to understand due to all the "dis, dat,sum,gud and random other slang words, usually all strung together into 1 very long sentence/paragraph.
That being said.. Although I have a couple times posted the 101 unanswered questions I would NEVER presume to go into any kind of rant over it. I would also never ever presume to think that I had my shit together to the point where it was my place to tell people what they can and can not post on a website set up specifically FOR learning.
I am on grow 3, I researched the crap out of growing once I realised it was an option, that was AFTER I killed 8 babies and tortured 14 more. I personally am excellent at research, I have known tons of people that aren't.
I believe in being civil, lack of manners and respect for fellow human beings is a huge problem in our society. hell I even had "words" with Grizzly, whom is a GREAT grower and source of info, over a rude comment he made to a nube and I have been here fir less than 2 months.
I do not smoke weed yet, I somehow thought a "society" of relatively intelligent pot heads would be more civil, more laid back...

This is a forum where anyone can come to ask questions. No ONE knows everything. Everyone was new at one time. If all the threads asking the same questions are bothering you, don't read them. Simple as that. Some people do read them and do take the time to answer the questions that yes can be answered if the person took the time to look for it but that is our society today. Deal with it.
