quick Ballast question

If you've got the tech to build that go ahead but. . . .is $23 really worth building your own high voltage electrical device? Maybe I'm just a noob but I wouldn't want to build a damned ballast.

wiring them is easy dude , u save a shit load of money doing ur own setup like this, its better anyway.

im not disputing weather the Kits are the way to go, my question if you knew how to read was which one i should buy, There are two different brands

if it's ul listed, use it, if not, I wouldn't. I use quantum ballasts, but I like to have peace of mind when I leave my stuf alone.
the one from htg is ul listed, didn't say on the other one.

to be honest, the HTG one looks to be of better quality, and has more parts, and the socket looks to be ceramic instead of plastic like the ebay one. You could always try the Ebay one and only be out 30 bucks...I'd just be afraid it might not be of the same quality...if it looks cheap it probably is.
