The water in the bong filters out mostly tar and carcinogens so it's probably not the best thing for your plants.

i do use urine, it is rich in nitrogen and other basic compounds. and its free.

Dude bong water basically just cathces ash... If you need a natural ph down it might work for that! No nutritional value to it though
