This needs to get out there to all growers and all the rest of the people that smokes. Marijuanna is already almost being the number one cash crop in california. The goverment wants a peice of that money alllright,so wat they do is legallize it and tax the shitt out of it. Much is needed to say but all i got to say is its better off the way it is today. I rather see people in california help themselves out by growing marijuanna and using it for ur own purposes. Seeling it to despenseries or in the streets like today. Legalizing marijuanna in california is a bad idea due to the laws and requirments...and huge goverment taxes!!! This needs to get out soon as posible before its too late.

Exactly. Everything is about covering costs. Just like it was when they started all the tobacco taxes. Those were to cover healthcare, then they went and built roads, give raises, and all other kinds of crap.
Take a look at North Carolina's medical bill. They are by far the best ones yet.

$150 every 2 years for the card
$1000/year to be a caregiver
$2000/year for a dispensary
Only mature females count in canopy size and numbers
No discrimination on the job
You compare that to California's, cover the cost of this and that, and decide which of these states has the potential for a justifiable, economic market.

you cant tax a plant so u make it a semi illegal substance and tax what you regulate. might be thinkin a lil to far but its quite a coincidence that a large percentage of medical dispensaries that arent regulated are having notices saying they can't operate there cuz its next 2 a school or some bs. i know a walgreens pharmacy with a school right behind it. i want it to pass in a way but there seems theres some suspect things in the bill.

Any Cal. smoker (Ganja) that votes no is one greedy ass bitch as far as I see it. By voting yes to this you will only be helping very smoker in the U>S>A>. You all can go get a card now and grow at home but there are alot of med. people in the US that can't do that. So most of us have to grow it if we can find a place or can even get our sick ass out to grow it. You are very very lucky to have a law that lets you grow and a law coming up that will let alot of non med smokers grow it but NO you still want to bitch about it. This will be my last year growing my meds as I just can't do it any more.
