thanks jig, that was exactly what i was looking for. the ph was 7.2 after i added the goodies yesterday, this morning it was down to 6.2. and the new growth in one day is amazing.

on another thing, i went to a friends house this morning for some coffee and smoke, one guy there asked about the urban poisin i brought with me. i just told him it was some home grown that i picked up. he told me it was way to good to be home grown. i couldn't tell him where it came from, but i remember when home grown = not so good smoke.

if your still having temp problems and its not often, id recommend just getting some dry ice and placing a fan near it. Weve used this method to cool our old house before and it worked great and is pretty cheap. and i suppose youd benefit a bit with the co2 but who knows on that really. but sorry for this post totally not being on topic lol. put it on a tray of some sort tho.

i had 3/4 of a cup of butter that needed to be used before it went bad and some coco powder.

so i mixed it up with a few other ingredients and came up with this.

i ate 2 of them and feel like i'm floating about a foot off the ground. wish i could share with you guys.:peace:

3 of the brownies will make you drool on your pillow and you have to be careful because they taste so good you want to keep on eating them when the munchies set in.

Haha... I love the description of floating off the ground. That feeling from edibles is nice. I like smoking better, but totally a different experience with the butter. I wish you could share with us too. looks so good.

Also really funny about getting munchies and eating more. That truly is a danger. Thanks for showing us.

hey jig, after i learned how to make a good batch of butter the hash bags are collecting dust. when the back goes to hurting and spasming the cookies seem to ease the hurt better than smoking. and if you take to big of a bite of cookie you don't go into a coughing fit causing more pain.

Yeah kev, the edibles are the way to go for pain. The peeps out in Cali that have prescriptions for pain... they get allowences for more plants and weight, becuase they are supposedly going to turn all the bud and trim into butter, for edibles. I guess the effects work better and longer on pain. And like you said without the damage to your lungs or caughing. I need to do something with all my old trim. I have 3 gallon bags stuffed full of trim and buds just waiting.

How do you keep the res. circulating the entire system? I just finished reading the posts and not quite clear on this - you are basically following Rumple's setup except for the large chiller and higher wattage light (hopefully you can obtain a nice yield from this!). I know Rumple's system doesn't circulate like that, he just fills the Res (5gal bucket) that is connected to his plant buckets and they all maintain the same height - he bubbles the plant buckets but not the res.

I was just curious about it because seems like more circulation would allow the nutrients to mix up/disperse a little more evenly and keep constantly circulation/flowing is always a good thing.

Cheers

there is 2 pumps in the main resivoir, 1 circulating the chiller then 1 pumping nutrients over to the grow resivoir. there is a 1/2" hose connecting the 2 resivoirs together near the bottom to keep them level. there is airpumps running both. hope this explains it.
