They use UPS. I just ordered a T5 from them bout 2 weeks ago. My shit came around a week later.

I bought my 150w HPS from them last year and I got a couple good grow outta it. Works great. The bulb burnt out and they valued their warranty and sent me a new one. I got it fast, I called them and gave em the tracking number for the old bulb they shipped it out b4 mine got returned back to them.
