Lot of factors bro, not just your electricity bill...You live in a house or apartment? What's your average bill? Don't count how many lights but how much wattage...there's a really good sticky up here somewhere that will let you calculate your electricity bill, you might want to find it...not sure which section it's in...

The location doesn't really matter, it all goes under the same bill...Another thing to consider is that it's summer and you're probably going to have your a/c blasting a good part of the summer...Running (4) 600's is like having your central a/c on during that time...
