Hahaha, MC that's funny that you said that man!.. Because I woke up this morning and went and checked on my new little seedlings. And I decided that I am going to keep the best lookin male from the bunch (if there is one, 6 seeds, so I assume I'll get at least 1 male) and breed my very own strain! I am VERY excited about it! I've been doing some research on breeding lately. And I'd LOVE to have a strain that I could call my OWN!.. lol, Ya know what I'm sayin?..

you didnt know i could read minds. and yes great minds do think alike, theri is so much i want to do with marijauna and growing it. growing is now my passion and unfortanutly i cant even grow right now, i might not beable to grow for my self for awhile eithr cuz i am now on probation.

its your choice, i like to top one time then lst the rest and mabye some supercropping.

This is a RockLock that I got as a freebie, I just took it inside to vegetate under 20/04 lighting regiment. I will leave it inside for 20-30 days then I will take it outside to flower when the days are only 12-13.5 hours long.

topped this baby at the 4th node. started reading up on lst and didnt tie her down til the first week of flowering. im pretty happy with the results so far!! lst is the way to go, especially in small areas or with less powerful lights. im running a 250w mh/hps in a 4' tall box, so it was pretty obvious for me. this pic was 2.5 weeks in, shes 3.5 now and growing lovely

You could "nip" that little nub of leaves you see in the dead center of the top. That will give you 2 or more "new" tops to LST later on. Good luck & good grow.......BB

when it comes to topping, does the two or more tops grow just as fast as if it just had one?

I wouldn't do anything with it till you have it reestablished in a pot much bigger in size than what you have like around three gallon size. Than when she's rebounded back from replant, than decide what to do with her than my friend.

much agreed, move her into her final pot before lsting. i would use ubs topping method though and then lst those new tops, and yes after you top the new shoots grow just as fast as if theri was one, it just takes a few days on some strains for them to start growing again.

From the look of the grow area, perhaps this IS the final container. A 3 gal container would allow for a 6 foot plant, or if LST'd, the BULK of a 6 foot plant, all twisted up. If there is enough space in your grow area, then transplant to larger pot, and once established, do the topping. Good luck & good grow.......BB

i just repotted it in a 2 gallon pot cause thats all i had at home, im wanting the final plant to be maybe 3 feet or so, think 2 gallon pot would be big enough. and since i want it about 3 feet how tall yall think it should be befor i flower

They grow more slowly, but usually more dense and compact.

i dunno man, mine alway grow just as fast as and normal. depends on the strain, like anything else. some can handle the stress better. also depends on what and how you feed them, type of lighting, overall conditions, and the age at which you top

hey question, i topped at the 12th node out of 13 1/2 total, the branches in the node are growing and im LSTing the side branching too, will the 2 branches from the node that i topped grow to be 2 colas?
