what could this be

i checked a plant earlier , and saw tht half way down a big bud it had turned a bit brown, i thot maybe heat had crisped a bit of the bud, but i touched it and it was just all sticky and really soft, any ideas,, ps sorry for no pics aint got a cam at the moment

sounds like mold or fungus of some sort whats your humidity %

smell it if it smells funky, cut out the brown part

yip smelt a bit funky, was quite gooey and sticky as f,,, so i pinched it off, hopefully the rest of the bud b ok

ye it will b that mate, any idea wots best t do , iv cut off the mold although iv read taht it can be quite contageous . im in the uk so gona have a look for a product that will help it , u any ideas ?

any 1 help ?? ps i read about humidity , i turned the lights off thinking that the humidity would dropped and now iv read on a forum tht if u turn lights out the humidity actually rises, any1 know if this is true?
