Don't trust my grow partner... call it quits?

So I am involved in an outdoor grow with an older gentleman (let's call him uncle). Basically, he has land but no money, and I have no land. So we became partners. Over the last month I have become increasingly paranoid about trusting Uncle. See I've known this guy for about 3 years and he has always seemed really cool, but he has been kinda shady with the money situation recently. We haven't put anything in the ground yet, but I have decided that I don't trust Uncle enough to venture into this op with him. We have about 100 clones that are 2-3 feet tall. Most of them are mine. So bottom line, I have like 70 clones, and almost a thousand dollars worth of soil amendments and various outdoor grow equip. So, let's say I drop this grow op... what do I do with all this stuff?
Hope im not ranting...
there just aren't many places where a guy can get feedback on these matters.
p.s. it's all 215 and legal. thanks for reading

If your the one with the money, why is he even capable of being shady with funds? You could always beat his ass for wasting your time and money.

I really don't want to get in any deeper than I already am... Bottom line, you can't grow 100 plants with someone you don't trust.
See, I don't wanna get a phone call one day after working for months "yo, bro we just got robbed.. all the weed is gone" when no one really got jacked.
At this point, I see myself losing more than I have to gain... so I wanna pull my cards out while I can... just wondering what to do with my cards

At first... he was all hella friendly...
no he's on some quasi-asshole/immature "my land" shit.
Now im like... what do I do with all this shit?
I'm over a g in the hole due to this operation.
HOnestly, I just can't afford the stress.
It would be awesome if everything was cool,
but I guess Im just cutting my losses now.

is there no place around that you can do a guerilla grow?? 70 plants may be a bit much to do a stealth grow.......if your legal can't you find a house or other domicile to do it in? Maybe talk to some of the dispensaries and see if they would be willing to grow or buy your shit? Personally though I would do the grow, either on some vacant land or if this guy has like aces and acres, hide it on his land and fuck him.....maybe you could throw him a bud or two at the if you feel so inclined.... karma ya know.

did you discuss percentages?? who is movin the shit......cause if he's just got the land and your money, product and distributions than I see 25% - 75%, with his thirty plants maybe 30% - 70% or if you wanna be generous 35% - 65%, you should have that talk though before you jump to conclusions.....r u shure he's fucked?

see... that's the problem. We KEEP having this talk. HE seems to think it will all just work itself out. Last time I pushed the issue I saw a side of this old Indian dude that was super nasty. THat's what makes me want to back off. I no longer trust his word... that's the main problem.

ya than your best bet is to do it solo bro!! Shitty buzz though.....fuckin people are so greedy when it comes to money......and being that way ensure they get none.......just doesn't make sense......100 plant is more than sufficient for you to both walk away with some dough......70 plants to yourself is even better though!

easy enough take all your plants etc sell what you can be it to dispensaries or whatever and keep a couple of plants for yourself and invest in a small indoor setup, either way if he's getting nasty with you now he obviously know's he can take the piss out of you,a normal person would be happy to be in his situation, i wouldn't take the risk with my cash if he's not trustworthy take your stuff and tell him to fuck off being nice obviously isn't doing you any favours

To grow 100 plants with a plan to sell it all is not legal.
even acquiring the materials to do it is, conspiring to cultivate a controlled substance with the intent to distribute.

if you dont get busted you will get robbed, that is over 50grand of smoke do you need that much? are you prepared and armed to defend it and your self?
you have already figured out one way you can lose it all,
to cut your losses plant the crop in stages so the harvest is not all on one day or week or
tell the guy you got your half already sold to pay off a gambling debt and the cash for the nutes is coming out of the total payoff and if you dont provide the buds a few SUVs will pull up and a bunch of guys will hop out and cut off his and your feet.

greedy ideas like this are what will kill the legalization movement it was not created so people can get rich quick or get shot in the attempt.

grow two plants in a closet and harvest a QP every 2 months.
then enjoy the fact that you can grow, without worrying about your door getting kicked in at any moment... by the cops or by the guys pretending to be cops.
that is worth more than 50grand to me.
