Was just about to order and noticed on his sight something i have never seen on there before, in red it says that they do not ship to the usa . when did they stop shipping to the usa, is this some bullshit or what, well i guess ill just be smoking silver kush and blue moonshine in 08, i guess it could be worse, but damn was just about to get a shitload of diffrent flavas, anyone heard anything about this recently.

Their FAQ section still lists US as an option. Try to "check out" and see if it will let you with a US address.

Hello all I have thought about this seriously for a long time and have decided to take a break for a while , during this time we will still honour all existing orders . The seed bank will still operate in the UK under my control and the shop is still open the forum will remain active as long as I am free person

I am sorry if this has come as a bit of a shock to you all I am watching closely and with trepidation the Marc emery saga , it would be an understatement to say the least when I say the whole seed business is waiting for the Big Fight (Jan 21st)many seed vendors from all over the world have contacted me with concerns not knowing where to turn or what to do, there are still plenty more bean banks out there who will gladly take your $$$ one door closes another door opens so they say ~ I fear that Marc will be shipped straight out of town into the nearest Grey bar motel .. Trust me I do not want to follow him I have young children and old parents to support they need me more so I am going to keep a low one don’t worry I will be back I just need to gather my thoughts its not a retreat I am making plans

As for the notice on the site you make of that what you will its for the benefit of others to see

Yer.. Who cares if it's federal law.. You grow weed. That's against federal law so that's out. This sucks.. I don't really trust any other sites.

have them shipped to canada & then ship to wherever u want them shipped to ,, works well for me ,, never had any probms

all the sites say do not ship to the usa ...if case u havent heard of Marc Emery.??
the USA is tryin 2 pretty much kill him or put him in prison for life and minimum 35 years. jus for sending seeds to the usa..

DC's intentions are very clear...with a clear head,Read his statement on HG420.

Discretion is the Key...
If youre desperate, i would try to see if DC can suggest any of his HG420 guys in the UK,that could purchase and mail the beans to ya...thus NOT leading a paper trail back to him..Maybe post him the greenbacks...we all kno he's legit and i'm sure theres plausible solutions.
PM him at HG420(do not post your intentions in a thread there-could fuck up a good thing:"RESPECT") or email via the site...make your suggestion and see what he says.

yeah.. hes going to stay low profile.. you guys need to chill and read it a little clearer... none-the-less Dr.Chron is a stand up guy.
