My first grow. I had wanted some cheese but the shop didnt have any. They recomended these to me. Nearly passed out when i realised flowering time and i wanted a shortish indica, not a big sativa with a small yield but decided to give them a bash anyway.
Im using 11L pots.
250W CFL lights, blue for veg and red for flowering, not adequate i realise now but all i could really afford.
Soil is Biobizz all-mix
Feeding them with Biobizz Bio-Grow during veg then the bio grow along with Bio-Bloom when flowering.
My grow space is only 80X80X160 CM.
Started them off in peat pots, took a few days to sprout. Showed on the 5th of this month
Heres a pic 4 days later, the 9th
I put them in the main 11L pots on the 13th. When i saw how small they looked i thought id went a bit early
On the 15th they seemed to be doing ok. The glass things are aquabulbs, i thought they might help. They said they kept your plants watered for up to 2 weeks. Thought id give them a bash.
For the first week or so i had the light on 24hours. After that i put it to 18 on 6 off.
Fast forward to the 21st. Im now using an aquabulb in each pot. To my uneducated eye they seem to be doing ok, already got a lovely smell coming from them, noticable in my room when i havnt had the filter running.
On the 25th i decided to stop using the aquabulbs, the soil always looked dry and it was hard to tell if they were getting enough to drink. I took them out and fed them 1L each of water and a full dose of the bio grow, i had been building up to that, adding more as i went along.
I'll end this part with the last pics i took which were on the 26th. I like the look of the soil much more than when using the aquabulbs. The one on the front left has taken a stretch the last couple of days, its taller than the rest. I'll add some more pics soon and im always open to comments and advice.
First time iv ever done something like this journal so hopefully it looks alright and sorry if the quality of the pics isnt great, iv been having to use my phones camera
