Police Raided my house today. Didn't arrest me, what now?

remember though, you can say its legal all you want but federally, no matter what state, it is illegal. feds can bust you at any time like the dea, atf, us marshal service, etc. sure if your dying of cancer, small chance they will bust you. but if you only have something like simple back pain or anything not so serious, i would still be careful. in mi we had some medical raids. the authorities excuse was they were over the limit. could have been but you never know. i dont trust them bastards one bit. FTP they're rarely there to help you when needed, but when there busting you, there only helping themselves. there are very few good cops out there. besides the very few select good ones, i say the only good cop is a dead cop.

The Feds do not consider MMJ to be legal, to the Feds the state laws dont matter.....cant see why you would have their attention if you have a small legit MMJ grow.

Know this, being that they raided you, you MUST assume they are watching you and evertone coming and going from your home. Be smart and you should be fine.

If they raided your house, the police should have issued you a warrant, and they should have issued it based on an affidavit establishing probable cause. Unless that affidavit is sealed, it is a public document, and you have a right to read it. That affidavit will give you information on WHY you were searched; it may be different than what they said to you.

I would go to the courthouse from where the warrant was issued and ask the clerk (or the judge that signed it) to see the affidavit. The docket number for the affidavit should be on the warrant.

+1.... shouldn't let the cops in the first place without a warrant period.

I told the cops I was gonna get drunk after they left, the one suggested I do a strikeout, I told him after what happened today that the strikeout needs a new name. I can't sleep or eat, I'm super worried their going to come back and arrest me for something.

Sounds like to me you should quit growing if you are going to be that worried.
