Anybody Know How To Make Mary Jane Tea?

well, i've definately read somewhere that weed can be somehow turned into a tea that can get you high.

i tried it a couple weeks ago, by emptying all of the tea out of the tea bag and replacing it with weed, then dunking the weed in hot water. it didnt work,(although it tasted delicious) but dont worry it was less than a gram. i'm not THAT dumb.

so, obviously, i didn't do it right. i was wondering if any of you more experienced consumers could tell me how to REALLy make some quality pot tea.

you need to transform the weed into a form that is digestable, and as THC is not soluble in water, thta method does not work

an easy way, is to make canna-milk, and add that to your tea

just boil your pot in water let cool or drink warm. no big thing. just like making regular tea..

If you do what MYGIRLS just suggested you will be wasting your weed! THC is NOT water soluble so you cant make a traditional tea with just hot water, you wont get anything active... THC needs to bind to alcohol or fat to become active orally... actually I make tea with just water to decrease the strong grassy flavor of the bud before turning it into butter... If THC were water soluble I would have wasted a lot by doing that... Just do a search for CANNAMILK or GLYCERINE CANNABIS TINCTURE and add that to the tea of your choice and you will be golden! Although my favorite ganja drink would have to be a CANNA MOCHA... just add a square of dank fudge to your coffee!!! mmmmmmm

Im saying THC is VERY poorly soluble in water and making a tea like you descibed would result in some nasty tasting water with hardly IF ANY effects... THC and CBN are OILS... they dont mix with water... that is why people use butter, oil, milk, and other things high in FAT to extract them... Are you familiar with the process of making bubble hash? The reason that can be done is beacuse THC is NOT water soluble... dont tell people they can eat thier buds straight or make a tea out of them, its very wastefull!

cmon guys, its not hard, THC AND WATER DONT WORK. it needs to bind to fat or alcohol to be diegsted, commen knowledge basics of cookingwith weed

if you can eat weed right off the plant then you can boil and drink if you can bear the taste..

i boil mine down and drink.. tastes gross but if add a little shugar and lemon it tastse a lot better

is the high from tea similar to the high from smoking? i heard it takes longer to kick in, but lasts longer..?

i found it to be more of a body high then head high.. but i don't waste my buds on tea i use all the trim..

i did in the first post, for you to actually use the THC in the weed, you need to make canna-milk, and add it to your tea, simply boil the weed in the milk for alittle while, brew ur tea, add the milk, put in a thermace and away you go
