im not advocating people break the rules and drive unsafe but they do what they want anyway. its called "no cop, no stop" this means people fly right when they see a cop and act normal the other 99.9% of the time. allowing government to intrude our freedom is not worth the small dent it makes in the safety situation. even if people fudge the rules, you still have control of your own car. unless somebody really hits you (then cops, ambulance)if your driving safe most accidents are avoidable. and the 3rd world no offense is the third world, its scary and people cant drive, they live in aluminum shanty houses who trusts them to drive any way watch out for them if you live in some hell hole where people arent smart enough to move out! running stop signs, red lights when no one is there, uturns, mild speeding, all these things you said, dude, dont hurt anybody if at least one person is paying attention. when i see no police i feel great to be in a world where they arent there, if only for that little while, im not scared to have my car on the road because some asshole might be driving somewhere. irresponsible drivers can be problems but cops are always problems and yes they both can kill you, just like splenda and everything else on the planet... i think life is gonna do what life is gonna do. some ass could get a ticket going 90 driving fast but safe and then kill your baby goin 40 somewhere else it doesnt matter life is going to do what life is going to do
