Lime. Not the fruit, but the chemical. Shouldn't need too much. If you want to stay with the organic theme, dolomitic lime should do what you need to do.

You can get it at any decent garden store
Could I get it at a hydro store..

Should be able too, I get mine at a Hydro store but unfortunetaly they only sell it in 25 and 50 lb. bags.
Not expensive though, you will have plenty of surplus

Any store with a garden department- Wal-Mart, Lowes, Home Depot, etc. Their prices will probably be lower than a hydro shop.
