Nirvana NL Auto In Aerogarden

Aloha,

This is my first grow and I'm growing one little fem Nirvana NL auto. I'm on day 44 and am just now starting to get the little white hairs. She's getting a little big and I was wondering if any of you may have any input on when you may thing I can expect to see flowering start.

What has your lighting schedule been?
What Nutes are you feeding it? Veg or Bloom?
What type of Water are you feeding it? Tap, Runoff, Distilled, Filtered (Brita)

Thus far, I've seen the average NL Auto Start to Flower at 5 weeks. I am just approaching that point and I have lot's of PreFlowers.

Thanks...I'm on 20/4, tap water and am using Technaflora recipe for success (veggie directions). Being my first grow, I'm just afraid that I'm going to kill her (regardless of how much I read). I thought that it might be time to flip to 12/12, but wasn't sure if I was being premature.

You shouldn't need to switch to 12/12 for auto-floral types, as they do not need a photoperiod to produce flowers. I may be wrong though, as I have never used auto flowering plants.

I am on the same schedule as you and your plant does look healthy. Sit tight; perhaps you can contact support at Nirvana and get their opinion.
And he's correct, moving them to 12/12 will only diminish it's potential yield.

I've seen a few other posts on other forums from people who's Nirvana auto's never flowered, so they had to go 12/12. I'm trying not to be too impatient....

I might loose all 4 of mine. (3 NL and 1 BB) as I am leaving on vacation on the 17th of Oct for 2 weeks.. I was "hoping"; but expected that it would not be enough time.. We'l see..

We had a little accident and I'm hoping she'll be ok. I was raising the hood and lost hold on it and it came crashing down on her back side. Three stems were completely broken off. So far she looks good, so I'm hoping that it won't slow her down at all.
