then how do you prove YOU grew it? from a dispensary it gives you a bag or a bottle labeled what strain and how many grams.

You don't have to. The burden of proof is on law enforcement to prove you didn't buy it legally. You know, innocent until proven guilty.

can you guys at least give me a challenge?
Try being nice?

Are you equally outraged that you have to buy groceries from a grocery store? Is that an evil monopoly too?
I can grow ANY amount of fruits & vegetables on my property...I can eat them, give them away, sell them at a road side stand, or to my local bistro...even grow and consume with minors...in the same space!

If this was actually true there would be no innocent people in jail.

Resorting to arguing semantics only shows that you cannot actually argue the contents of prop19.

Lol. Anyone who attempts to argue the details of prop 19 with you is accused of "resorting to arguing semantics", so what you are asking for is impossible. You just got done telling me that the fact that prop 19 does nothing to tax cannabis was "semantics", and then rambled on about all the taxes prop 19 creates. Even though prop 19 does nothing to tax cannabis, that's irrelevant because anything that does not support your arguments is deemed "semantics".

The truth? who cares, that's all semantics! Let's just resort to wild speculation and misinformation because facts aren't important right?

No reason you couldn't have a cannabis market like that under prop 19.

except for the fact that it's cannabis.

"pot will flow freely from every fountain"

"2 buds in every bowl"

the part were people say "it's worded that way to fool people", really seems to be working. ;)

except for the fact that it's cannabis.

I can't think of anything that would prevent someone from opening a cannabis farmers market as long as all the products sold were technically on consignment and the money went through the company running the market.

I could be wrong about that, but I don't see anything in prop 19 that prevents that.

so if it's not in the prop, it will never happen? as long as YOU don't see it i guess I'M ok. :)

and you expect me to believe all this? i'm not fooled. sorry.

what does that have to do with a monopoly?

better question: did i say it did?

i was responding to your post that fruits and veggies are sold openly by many. nothing in relation to a monopoly.

you need a license to sell beer. they sell beer at the farmer's markets here, but only one vendor versus 20+ veggie vendors.

try to at least stay focused, before you question my comments. ;)

right back at you.

you commented about how they sell hella fruits and veggies, i said they don't get you high. i pointed out how another intoxicating substance is much less common at those markets.

what does any of this have to do with a monopoly?

absolutely fucking nothing. none of them are or will be monopolies.

so YOU change the subject then question my comments?

i'm done.

I clearly stated that as an opinion, not fact. I'm not asking anyone to believe me and I'm not trying to fool anyone. If you think I'm wrong, then fine, tell me specifically what makes that not a possibility.
