Amount of weed

Hi, I have a question,
What is the average amount of weed you can get from growing one seed(i.e How many grams or what not) Iv'e never grown but will start soon. Sorry if that was a total idiot question

it depends on way too many factors - it could be anywhere from zero to more than a few ounces.

yea, the unfortunate answer is that nobody can answer it. If you grow a 15 ft Sativa, you could get two lbs per plant (but I highly, highly doubt you're doing that). If you grow indoors, for a first grow it could be anywhere from an eighth to an oz per plant. But again, it depends on far too many factors.

I have a buddy growing...Started 3 seeds...One female....8 months later and who knows how much bud.....He's still kicking it out off that mother.

I would guess if you gave 1 seed to 100 different noobs the average yield would be around 5 grams.

If you gave that same seed to 100 growers who have completed several grows, I would up the average yield to an ounce and half to two ounces...

ya everyones going to be a different yield. I waited to flower until the plant was 20" tall and after flowering I got about 2 ounces. that was growing with bubbletronics.

i had a 4/5 foot plant and yielded 5 oz. just put it on the scale today, go look at the photos..look at my last post...

Hell yes... Even if you germ a few shitty seeds, and throw them in 12/12 straight away, you'll have a harvest in about 60 days, 6-8g each plant. Veg them for a month, and you can easily double this.

not to be a wet blanket and you may have better luck - but i wouldn't expect any yield on your first grow. as i said, you may be pleasantly surprised but keep in the back of your mind - most first grows fail.

if you're like most of us - you'll find yourself really enjoying gardening. it can be a lot of fun and very rewarding in ways that aren't so obvious.
