well i have just recieved my third order from attitude, up untill now i have been more than happy with my orders, i thought the september promotion looked good so i thought i would place an order, well i received my order today to find both the the normal free seeds that you get where crushed, all other seeds where fine, do you think i should contact them? what do you think there responce would be if i did contact them?
do you think they would just say get over it they where free or that it must have been damaged in the post, they where packaged in two bubble wrap envelopes

I would still call even if they were the freebies. email the pics to them, even know they are "FREEBIES" you had to spend money for them. oh and btw why did you post this here and not in seedbank reviews?
 
sorry never thought about posting in another section, this is the only section i seem to post in, mods can move it if they feel the need too, yeah i am going to email them now
 
well i got a reply from them, they said let them know next time i am ordering seeds and they will throw in a couple extra, thats why we all like the tude.......great customer service

Attitude is real good about customer support. For your part, always stipulate that your order be shipped in a plastic CD case.
That is one of the options you have when ordering from Attitude.

Send them an email and someone will get back to you within 48 hours. Worked for me.

If they said that they meant it.It happened to me and they took care of me on more then 1 occasion.Even without guarenteed shipping.

I also never used the guarenteed shipping.Dont get me wrong it is supposed to be more secure that you get it but attitude will take care of you no matter what.My guess is they value the customers so why not give them what they pay for.
 
dude bullshit yea they good and all but they fuckd up my 1st order of like 100 bones they were all like yea man just let us knw when yu order sum more. so i did they was like 1st wtf r yu talkin bout (not direct quote) then like oh yea well well send yu halve of the order (wtf). Next day they had no idea who i was or what i was talkin about. 100 bones dwn the drain. But its all ball everything after that is smooth sailling still stings a lil bit tho. the tude is a business all abou the all mighty ching ching aka profit. So dnt b surprised if ya dnt get ya stuff man peace

I never use it either. Don't feel it is needed. I might stop using the DVD case too because the DVD case is always cracked. I didn't use anything once and they came wrapped in bubble wrap, which I feel is more crushproof than the DVD case.

I don't think I'd ever order more than $100 worth of merchandise. If I did, it would be in multiple orders. Just seems like there are more mix ups on large orders.

I never had this problem before.If you did have that problem all you had to do was copy the email they sent you and send it back to them.I ordered from attitude for about 3-4 years now and if they told me to let them know on my next order they will add the seeds that were damaged or missing they did.Even if has been 1 year after the fact.Your order history is still on file along with the notes you send with them.Sorry to hear that happened to you but it is kind of hard to believe they would do something like that.They serve me right everytime.I just ordered some pick n mix querkles today.Ill let you know if i receive them.
 
oh yea bro there good. my patna shops wit them all the time i really never pushd the issue but since yu put it like that i can copy and paste the orginal email and see if i have eny luck. man o mane i would love to have the money put toward another order. if the tude did that i would advertise 4 them everywhere internet and the streets
