Deficient or burnt?

winged rooted aphids
I dont think they are aphids, I've had experience with aphids before and these don't look, move, or even live like aphids. They are springtails I think, I just wanted to know if they were bad for my soil?

Aphids are awful, I battled aphids on a pepper plant once that was like waging a all out war, those little bastards are good at hiding on leaves

Moash, they look like the first little white bug in the top of the first picture, I'll have to look closer again.... ok, I can't see if any of them are any other color then white due to the dark soil. I can't quite tell but I think i saw one jump... they are just under the surface of the soil, I have to disturb it slightly to get more to appear... they aren't a maggot looking bug like the second picture, definitely not that one.
They clearly have legs.

What do you think about this man, I'm going to feed with this regiment for the last few weeks,
a brew consisting of:
Peruvian seabird guano
Jamaican bat guano
Worm castings.
1/2 tbs of maxicrop liquid seaweed
1/2 tbs of liquid karma
1/2 tbs blackstrap molasses.

all this went into a gallon of well water cut with RO water to get the PH closer to where I wanted it in the end....
it's been brewing for about 12 hours and i'm going to let it go for another 7-8 hours before I use it. Instead of making a tea bag i just emptied all the ingredients into a bucket and have stirred them together very well to make a soup out of all the dry ingredients (I didn't have any pantie hoes to use for a tea bag, yet). I saw another guy doing a organic growing using this mix and he had good results, I'm just tired of watching all the leaves fall off this girl.... they are still dropping... and it seems like they are going on their own now even before they get crispy, yellow leaves with only slight browning are now on the floor when I check on her several have dropped...
i guess that would be fine....ive never used that stuff
the info i found on springtails leads me to believe that they r beneficial to u

I don't think that they are hurting anything either, they aren't on the plant what-so-ever, and that makes me feel much better, if they were on the plant then I'd be having a shit fit right now. I'll be checking the brew here in a few hours to see how it's doing....

sorry to hear your still having issues man. Turned out a flush and a few heavy feeds were what mine needed. If youve flushed the soil a lot it may have washed a lot of the benificial parts of the soil out and I noticed your using all organic nutes... dont these feed the microherd in the soil and that feeds the plants? If you flushed then you may have no microherd to feed so that maybe is causing salt buildup as theres nothing to "digest" the nutes to feed the plants. Just my observation for what its worth.

Really, well that just makes me wonder if all I needed to do was feed a little heavier and watch everything get better, that's what I get for being chicken shit and scared of doing damage from over feeding, maybe I'm the one dummy in ten that ends up hurting from underfeeding, but I'm getting through till the end fortunately. I haven't been feeding with organics the entire grow, I switched over there in the past week or so and will continue till she's done. I was scared to see what the change might do but I fed a few other plants in my garden with the same brew and came home to find them twice the size as when i left them, so that eased any worry. I can't wait to see what she looks like in another week, she has gotten sooo fat in the last few days... here's some current pics of the damage you can see in the bud shots

If it wasn't for the deficiency they suffered from they'd look great I'm sure, the crispy leaves really take away from the aesthetics but the buds are sooo hairy and fluffy and there are so many of them they make me want to build a fire and do a fucking war dance of victory around my yard. I'm 3 weeks away from waiting 14 mother f-ing weeks for this plant to ripen... what a ride.

Spoken like a true veteran moash,
have I asked you yet what you would grow next my knowledgeable friend?
DR100, 400w digital switchable, organic regiment and chemical regiment at my disposal now....?

Also, my final and most important question; would there be any harm in adding a touch of cha ching (about 1/4 tsp to a about 1 1/2 - 2 gallons) to this organic brew of mine? I want to squeeze every last bit from her, I'll have to start flushing soon.. btw this brew is heavy in the ppm department and it's made her perk up, so i guess she really did just need a stronger drink all along...

hahaha...hardly the veteran,but thanks
the problem i see with adding cha ching is that it is not organic and might/probably kill of ur microbe population...
as for ur next strain...ive wanted to try tga subcools seeds like vortex or jillybean but he doesnt do feminized
lemon skunk, cheese, super lemon haze, and afgoo r some of my favs that i have had experience with...there is just so many to choose from
glad u found out what u were doin wrong

if u wanna produce more trichs,u can put in a metal halide, drop the humidity and give it some water stress..this is a good read...http://www.hempfood.com/iha/iha01201.html.

That is a interesting read, I'll drop humidity and wait just a little longer between waterings and water less while I'm finishing her out (flushing) ....

but do you know for a fact that adding a chemical (cha-ching) into the organic brew will kill the good guys, or is that just your professional opinion? I might ask around if that doesn't offend?

Well, shit, here we go, testing testing 1 2 3.....

1/8t cha-ching into 1/3 gal well water, 2/3 gal tea.
about 6.5 ph
and 1440ppm

(it was 1300ish ppm's before adding the cha-ching, I didn't even bother ppm'ing the last 2 cups with cha-ching in it, final ppm estimate though is above.)

Well, this plant being already hurt is making it hard for me to tell if doing this did any extra damage. Plants flowers look great bud the leaves are all crispy critters (for the most part). I guess I'll never know if she was burnt or not, but in the future I'm going to remember that you can always go back and add more, but taking it out is a bitch and a half. When in doubt, cut it out.
