Hi Everyone! So I've been looking around for answers and still not sure what to do! Could someone, anyone please help?? I've got this little "girl" in some wonderful organic PH adjusted soil, she's been doing great! I just set her in to the flowering stage and Im running out of space! This is all a CFL grow under 100w Daylight, 70w Daylight and 2 100w softwhite...

and the only reason im assuming she's a girl is Ive noticed 2 white hairs forming on the nodes of some of the leave stem's... (i think thats where you look right? :?)

appreciate all the help!

I would either top the plant, about halfway, or I would try to LST it. Be careful if you attempt an LST at this stage, you don't want to break the main stem, you want it to bend fairly easily. If not, then the only other choice is to top it. Topping it means to cut it off right above a set of branches. That doesn't help much, I know, but I am sure if you google it or check the forum here, you will find a topping and an LST guide.

I have to agree you should top them a bit above the center. You have room to the sides and topping will spread them out. You will have more buds closer to your light. Closer = stronger

OK, first thing is to consider your over all height, what I mean by that is look at your plant right now, if you did nothing it will grow to tree times that size. So, now how much room do you really have. Supper cropping is where you pinch the stem about 1/3 of the way down and bend the stalk 90° tie it in place and everything starts growin sideways which is now up. Topping is where you cut the tip off, leave the two small stems sticking out the side. This will make the plant bush out and stay shorter. I do a combination of both in my grows, you can check out my cabinet grows for tips. Good luck.

Thanks for all the help, i tried the super crop method and went down about 8" or so to right above a couple shoots and bent then laid it over... Think that was the best thing?

plant looks great...at this point i wouldnt want to chop anything off..but you might have to..it can grow 2-3 times its size while flowering.any of the methods you was told would work...one thing i did notice...you need more light on the sides and bottom of the plant.when its starts budding the whole plant will need light getting to the budsites.but great looking plant bro

Thanks guys, and i will get some more light on it, what would you all suggest? More daylight or softwhite(remember Im using CFLS) or a mix? I might end up having to do something else though, cause where i pinched it might not have given me enough room... Ugh! This is starting to get tough! Just want her to be happy!!

Thanks all, like i said i did super crop her, but still thinking its not going to be enough room. Now someone mentioned to me about scrogging, but Im just not sure about how i would support that..? I'm gonna check it out though.
Also been told needing more lights, so any suggestions on how to do that in such a small space. I have room to go up<I guess? Just trying to keep it contained, if not i would have issues with light in the dark cycle.... Once again thanks all to all the help!

Thanks Cruzer for all your help!! Looking at your pic looks like you started training a lot earlier then where I'm at now... Now I did supercrop her at about 10" down. She's starting to return up, I did tie it down.... All of the other shots are taking off now, can I do something with those?? I'm going to see if I can't get a little more room outta the top of my space. And add more lights...

I know I shouldve been on here sooner and learning instead of trying to fix it now, but honestly didn't think I'd have this much luck with this!! I can post more pics later if needed... Maybe start a log...

Na, thats how you learn.
I know people say do all this research but there is no substitute to hands on experience. Every grow is different cause we all have different conditions to deal with. Your doing fine. Just keep notes like a journal so you have something to look back at in future grows and dont be afraid to ask questions... another thing, consider the source of the information you get, sometimes people try to help but dont really know wtf they are talking about.
