So im driving home. After a long night of beer drinking, I wasn't drunk but i shouldn't of been driving.
So this light decides to fuck me real fast while im going 45 so i take the turn and accidentally go into the island(I watched the goddamn ken block video) and there just so happens to be a copper sitting at the light
. he pulls me over, first thing he says is "are ya drunk?" i replied with"No sir"and then he goes step out of the vehicle please, Right there i almost cried, no fuckuin joke im just getting my life together and it would have been swept away like nothing.
So i get out and he says when was the last time you had a drink. I said i had a few beers at at around 5pm(Its 3am) and he asked if i thought it was out of my system i said without hesitation "i know its out of my system". He asked if i have smoked any weed today? i told him last time i smoked was at 1pm at the very latest. I told him i have my card and i have no tolerance for people that drive under the influence and i wouldn't be driving if i would have been impared. so he asked me to follow his finger with my eyes he says it dont ad up. i just do everything as smoothly as i can. Walked a straight line nno problem and even recited my ABCs with without singing it.
Then he whips out the fuckin breathalyzer, Tells me to blow into it. i blew into it and the guy looks at the number and says "No tolerance huh"!!!!!!!!!!!!!(Theres a few cop cars there now). then i asked what it was to the cool cop and he said .09, point one over the legal limit for people 21 and up. then he said hes already arrested 4 people that night for DUI and 1 of them was under 21(Like me). then he says this.
"You know something in my gut tells me your a real stand up guy, i hate giving out DUIs, Especially to kids that havnt even stared their lives yet. Im going to let you go, I SHOULDNT, but you really seem like your good to drive"
I blew a .09, im not 21, i made an illegal turn,speeding,wreckless driving,just smoked an L, the cop tells me that i smoked after 1pm and it dont ad up and he fuckin lets me go. We stood there and talked for about 5 mins after he said im letting you go. he was cool. im going to smoke and pass the fuck out.
i learned two things. Dont drive drunk, and just be honest without telling the truth and stay calm.
