How To start outdoor grow ?? Plus Rep+ if you post !! And post Pics !!!

Hi yall,

So its coming up to this time again "GROWING SEASON" and i want to know the best way to start of a outdoor grow !! Start indoors then out, or outdoors from seed to harvest ??

^^^^^^^^^^ I can do any of those things, I want the best way to get big fat bushy plants ?

Longest day is December 22 and i would like to start Mid November !!

So do i start indoors under 24/0 light for 3 weeks then put them outdoors - but when i put them outdoors i still want them to grow not flower strait away, so put them out before they mature ??

Or can i just plant outdoors with my seed and that gives them 3 months of grow time untill they start to flower ?? <<>> that should give me fat plants 3 MONTHS !!

I will top them early to stop stretching !!

If the seeds come through customs, i should have

2x tga seeds - Chernobyl
2x tga seeds - The third dimension
2x tgs seeds - Agent orange
2x tga seeds - Pandoras box
1x tga seeds - The flav
1x tga seeds - Qrazy train
1x tga seeds - The void

Plus 3 freebies -:weed:

All growing in my super Seedling Mix with Canna Coco and after transplant into My Super Soil mixture with Canna Coco and some secrete ingredients !!

well i usualy start from clone,,but since your starting from seed i recommend you start indoor..can be very easy with almost any kind of cheap florsent light..when im using seed i like to start in a cup of water(ph6.8) and put seed into in a warm place like on top of fridge or something,,when she sprouts, plant her in a cup of same soil you will use later on for final transplant and start giving her light,,i like to match the lite schedule of what it will be outside when i plan to put her outside to save from any lite shock ..i like getting my plants upto 18inches ,feeding nothing but water , then either transpalnt in 5gallon bucket or in ground( i reccomend in ground for better results)..after that final transplant i start hitting her with a 20-20-20 fertilizer once a week,and feeding water in between fert feedings..then when she starts to flower i hit her with a 15-30-15 fertilizer for nice flowering ...

heres 2 plants...1 taller and 1 bushy...the bushy ine i cut the top off in 2nd week of budding and it bushed out nicely.....both from clone,same strain,,and planted mid july..cass 354.jpgcass 355.jpgcass 356.jpgcass 359.jpgboth i got as 4inch rooted clones,,i grew them under 4floresents until they were 18inches and planted outside mid july,,,,then i dug them up yesterday to finish inside as canadian weather is not agreeing with them..still alive and still standing tho.

where are you that you can grow outdoors in december?. where im at your nuts hide in those temps during those months.
many people hae there own methods and its about what works best for you.
i dug holes, then pourd the shellfish compost and peat blend soil i bought. if it wasnt for the males and rabbits i would be sitting pretty now. but hey i have had it worse too.

thanks dude, y do you use the same light cycle as outdoors, indoors tho ?? y dont you just use the light cycle outdoors ????? does the sun hurt the seedlings much ?? and how many watts of light did you have ??

i have 4 -4ft floresent lights,60watts each...and ya using the light cycle outdoor would be same thing in kinda way i guess..and i have always kept seedlings under light until it established some good roots,then i would throw out in my sun porch on nice days.

how bout inside untill roots get established - cause i dont want seedlings getting stressed by the wind !! - like you said then just leave them out over night after 2 weeks indoors ????

forgot to mention, started from seed indoors, moved to rooftop till about a foot tall, then hauld into the abyss of woods im in.
keep it small and simple to gain some experience. these forums do help!

I kept them on 18/6 until summer solstice, in June

holly shit !!!! not that big i want them half that size !!!!! i would get the record for biggest illegal plants grown in NZ !!!! 420

whats the daylight hours on your longest day cause if you put them outside after beeing indoors on 18/6 then outdoors on longest day light is 15/9 then they would start to flower ??? am i not correct ??

24/7 till 2 full sets of leaves, then to the roof to get full sun and elements, untill roughly 1 ft tall.
outdoors, speaking from personal experience...well next year ill be near some river or lake, packing in water is a bitch..6 gallon jugs are heavy.

I cheated! I had a elect cord & drop light.

Like I said, they were on 18/6 for 6 1/2 months

Wow hopefully you'll listen to my advice I can grow outdoor too but haven't been able to for a bit. First off how are you gonna germinate your seed? Is it gonna be soil, rockwool, rapidrooter or jiffy pellets? Are you gonna put the planted seeds in a humidity dome and tray? These are key factors for healthy seedlings.
