The purple kushes are coming along really quickly. They have lots of brown hairs, firm golf ball buds with some nice resin. It has definitely come out exactly as I've heard - quick flowering, low yield, dense resinated buds. You can see the mite damage on it in one of the pics too.

The Oreos have beefed up quite a bit, while it seems the God's Gift has been more stagnat lately, both not showing any brown hairs yet really.

Definitely plan on harvesting the PK at day 55, and the Oreos and God's Gift around day 65 - 70.

Well, I decided the way I wanted to sex my plants from seed is to top them, use the tops as clones, and put the rest of the plant outside to sex. So I did that a week ago. I have them labeled by where they are placed:

AW x FireOG #1 AW x FireOG #2 WhiteFire x Larry OG #6

WhiteFire x Larry OG 1 - 5 on bottom, from left to right.

WhiteFire x Larry OG #2, which was my favorite plant of that type, is the one that rooted. I liked it because it was bigger and an obviously different phenotype than the others of its kind. It is also growing the fastest after being topped outside, along with #5 and then AW x FireOG #1.

Anyway, if I can clone doing what I did, anyone can do it. The one that rooted is one that I literally pulled the stem out and looked at the bottom 3 days into it and then repushed it back down inside. I did notice the edges starting to look like the very start of forming of roots when I did it, though.

I soaked the cubes for 24 hours in 5.5 pHd water. Then I added 3ml of clonex to the little tray I was using that they had been soaking in. I swirled it around a bit and then pulled the cubes out and separated them. I took the cuttings with scissors that I did not dip in alcohol, left the lower branching on until like 3 days into it, where I plucked them off with my fingers, and then I've just kept them moist with the humidity dome on and slightly opened on the valves. I spray about 4 different times a day.

edit: I forgot to mention that the reason I only have 2 of the AW x FireOG now is because I wanted to cut down to 8 plants for the tray, and the 4 with the worst internodal structure were of that kind. So I took those out.

Thanks. I'm definitely hoping for a good female or two to keep as mothers. All that show up girls will get flowered the first time, though. I'll take a clone of each in a similar manner afterwards to keep until I know which plant/pheno I want.

So I've been tending all the plants as if they were PK because I'm too lazy to not just use one bucket to feed the three different strains. What this means is, I've already done the three feeds of Overdrive, and for the last two feeds I've given just ph'd water to clear any salt buildup. Next feed will be the start of ramping down.

All of my clones took root, the last two being yesterday. It really proves to me just how easy cloning is, and I love it, heh. After they root, I put them in party cups full of coco, and I plan on transplanting them into 2.5 gallon pots on Monday, where they'll stay during veg. I'm still waiting on signs of sex from the topped plants that I put outside.

Was able to tell the sex of the four plants I didn't take cuttings of because they had such shitty internodal spacing. 3 were male and 1 was female. I put those out there just for pure curiosity sake, heh. I imagine I'll know sometime this week what the rest are.
Sorry to hear about the males.
Nothing to be sad about. Those 4 were shitty internodal spacing and I just put them outside for shits and giggles to see what sex they'd be. I didn't take clones off those four or anything and I wouldn't grow the female out either because of how shitty the internodal spacing is.

Those buds look great. Could you hold up something so we can get perspective of what size those buds are? Can't wait to see what they look like at harvest. When do you plan on harvesting? Are you going to go by flower time or trichome percentage.
