Should I Grow in Texas or Not??

Aight heres the thing, i just caught a case for possesion of under 2 ounces (class b misdameanor) and a Tampering with Evidence (3rd Degree Felony), because i threw the weed out tha window:wall:. Didnt even know they could do that:finger:. I just bonded out like 5 hours ago.

Well ive been planning a grow in my apartment (i know thats risky right there but ima have it set-up where the heat will be secretly vented out the window with a carbon filter so there will be no smell), but, my people say i should goto rehab so it'll look good when i goto court.

But over here they dont set court dates for like 3 to 5 months, so i was thinking in 3 months i should have my first pound, which goes for like $3000 down here, and ill be able to afford me a good lawyer to hopefully get the felony dropped or lowered to a misdameanor.

Anywayz, is this a good idea or not??

If you do it right and spend the money you will be fine! If you go cheap and people smell it and rat you out you are fucked! If you do it right and you aren't on probation I would say go for it. But if you are looking to jimmy rig a grow room together then I would say no, cus you are facing a court date soon and throw a growing arrest on top of that it will be hard for you to convice a judge you have learned your lesson! LOL

yea i have about $1500 to spend so i aint goin cheap:D

And yea thats what i was worryed about was gettin another charge on top of that.

Idk, but i was thinkin gettin a good lawyer would be better than going to rehab. hahaha, but thats just me:D

I vote not. Everything is bigger in the extreme republican state of Texas. Especially the punishment.

P.S. If they found the weed you tossed or have it on their police camera or both....no lawyer in America could get that dropped. Good luck.

Yea i figured that, especially since tha weed was in a pill bottle with my name on it:wall:.

What about probation or gettin it lowered to a misdameanor??

No. It will stand as a felony. Tampering with evidence is a no no. Texas throws the book at people. Your gonna be one of their "pot smoking" examples. But lets hope not and they reduce it. Unless it isn't your first violation....then you're fucked. But they don't usually lower felonies....unless they don't have evidence. I was charged with trafficking in stolen property (class b felony) and they dropped it to a 3 deree misdemeanor and then dismissed it completely a year later. I was lucky. I am also in a very liberal Washington State so ya...in Texas they would have fucked me in the ass with the law.

FUCK, fuckin texas sucks dude. I guess im just gonna keep on gettin it reset and try to get the best lawyer i can get. I aint gonna grow tha weed, too risky ya kno
