what size fans do i need and how many?
should i attach it to the lights?
etc
etc
etc

Not to be rude, but this subject has been beat to death on the forum. A 5 second search will return a ton of advice. You need to do your homework a little. I mean, just a little bit at least.

What are you using now? Looking at your pics it must be hot as hell in that room. I read through your grow thread, and although you have ventilation problem I am seriously concerned your going to burn your fucking house down! Seriously dude. It seems you have everything running on a single circuit. Your lights alone are drawing 14 amps... Then your computer and other shit. Popping breakers is NOT a good thing dude. Your likely reaching the max load for your wiring which I would bet money on is 14 gauge.

I'm begging you to take this issue seriously. If you don't die in the house fire, the police are going to have some hard questions for you when the fireman are finished soaking everything you own and taking axes to your walls to put the fire out. A guy two blocks over just burnt the top floor of his house off because he was using a bunch of electric space heaters and the wiring was not up to snuff.

ya i am going to move my computer and stereo upstairs.. i was going to continue with one 1000watt up, 400, and the cloneing area, fans etc... i have no idea about electrical stuff so i def. appreciate the concern. Can you explain the "14 gauge" part etc.

i have 1000watt MH and light mover hooked up to a power bar which is plugged into a dual light timer with the 400watt MH and is plugged into another power bar plugged into the wall.

"like do i put the carbon filter on the exhaust part?"

If you can't answer that on your own, then you need to read some more before you stick your hand out for answers.

14 gauge wire is the standard wire used in homes. Typically they run on a 15 amp circuit but they can also support a 20 amp circuit. But you are only supposed to run 75% of the rated amperage on a breaker. You REALLY need to run another circuit from the panel in the next room. You can under the wall by drilling a small hole. There ia a thread on this forum or perhaps it was cannabis culture tittled " all your grow room electrical questions answered". Go there and read it. The author is very helpfull and a certified electrician.

You can just run the wire in conduit (it's cheap) except for the part that passes through the wall. It's pretty straightforward you just have to do some homework. I'll try to post a picture of what I'm talking about but I'm a little lazy on the picture front

i appreciate the explaination. i understand what you mean now. i guess i had just hoped i could get away with running everything in the room without having to do any extra electrical work. if you stroongly agree that this is the case, i will def. consider talking to a friend whos an electrician to come in and do some work. the fire would start at the electrical panel right?

thanx.
