Swollen or seeded? found 2 that look like this.......

Ive gone over all my plants.... and see NO BALLS anywhere... so if it got seeded, it would of been from when i killed my one VERY YOUNG male plant awhile back and dissected one of the 'balls'..... maybe touched this plant inadvertantly after... dunno.

So is this calyx just really swollen? or growing a seed?

I clearly see at least one premature seed. See how the calyx closest to the camera with the single orange hair sticking out has what looks like a slit with yellow on the inside? that's the beginning of a seed. I know this because my one plant hermaphrodited and I've got these little things on mine. I popped one open and a premature seed came out.

I actually see now that you put an orange circle around the exact calyx I'm talking about. Yes, that is a seed.

yezzir seed for sure. but if u pollonated it by touching you should be straight, only the buds u touched should grow seeds. now you got a few beans for your next grow

Thanks guys. Indeed... i'd be happy with a dozen seeds for sure.... i wanted to try and pollinate, but being my first grow, didn't want to keep that male around... it was chopped fast, but i did
play around with it a bit.

Can a really young 'ball' have viable pollen in it like... first week of showing balls? i didnt think so... i thought it needed to mature.

Yup, I agree with the previous posts, I see that seed as well.

I've had a plant do what jesus of Cannabis mentioned, it sucked...but I'm pretty sure that occurs when the plant has been flowering too long and is starting to freak out...thinking she's never gonna get laid so she gives herself a little sumpin-sumpin to get by...

But I could be wrong

Good to know, although doesn't that degrade the genetic line?/Cause more hermaphroditic plants?
