I'd love to know as well! Damn that's a beautiful plant. I bought some bud from a club here and it was dark but bold red in color. They called it "Red Heart". I've looked for it everywhere since and haven't found it. Perhaps this is it? Can't really even see the bud cause it's so frosty in that pic. Who is the gal in your avatar?

the plant looks very real and not photo shopped, you haters just cuz you dont have a cool looking plant. to the poster though you will never know the strain unless you your self knows it when you planted it. it is impossible to indentify the strain. all that can be said is weather it is a indica or sativa or a mix

Sorry about that SoA- I just wanted to play the dumbass for a second. I wonder what would happen if someone took the OP photo and color adjusted it to the green spectrum. I bet it would look like a perfectly normal marijuana plant. A "reverse shop" if you will . . .

well this guy must be a pro cuz your photo shopped pics of it are all in 1 color and dont fade or anything, he has a few colors that fade into one another in a very natural way. im not going to argue if it is real or not but i believe it is and it is ok for you to believe it is not, cuz i really dont care.
and as for food coloring a plant well if you give food coloring to a growing plant it wont change colors but if you cut a branch off that is budding and stick the cut into a cup of water and dye it will change color. fdd to black has a thread about it. it is very cool, but he said the bud tasted like shit afterwards

Didnt really think before I posted, but I guess it is photoshopped, cus the new hairs are white, while the old hairs are dark pink. Kind of odd for white to fade to dark pink?
In SoA's normalized green version, the new hairs are white, while the old are brown, meaning the brown hairs were simply changed to pink with photoshop.
