the plant is only a few weeks old but it is a feminism white widow seed can this seed be used as a good mother with out Hermies

You would need to take a clone of it, and then grow out either the clone or the original plant. Then you'd know how suitable a mother it was depending on the quality of the results, quality of the bud etc.

If it has stable fem genetics than yes keep it as a mother for clones
