Can you confirm my diagnosis? (pics)

I just popped it out and set it in the new pot with some fresh soil on the bottom and then filled in around the sides. I was so afraid of messing up the roots, just wanted to get her back in and comfy.

I'm using RO/DI water that I use for my aquarium. TDS of that is about 0-4. My tap water is hard, no softened. Think it's in the 800-900 range, but not sure, i'll test it later today.

I did sprinkle 2 tsp. of the sweetner after the transplant and watered it in. Haven't touched it since. Pot is definetly much lighter but think it has a little ways to go. I am thinking I should give a feeding this time with bloom ferts. Jack's bloom says 1/4tsp. per gal., every watering or 1/2tsp. per gal every other watering. Any suggestions? I've always mixed it 1/4tsp. per gal.

When you say your pot is much lighter it makes it sound to me that not all of the new soil in the pot got "wet". Some times peat heavy mixes are hard to "wet", especially if they are bone dry to start with. Just to be sure you don't have any dry pockets deeper down in container I suggest you set it in a catch basin of some sort, water it heavily and then let it sit in the run off for an hour so the soil can wick up all the moisture it can hold. That way you'll know all the soil in the pot is thouroughly wet. A drop of liquid Ivory dish soap in the water will help act as a "wetting agent".

You didn't say what brand of potting mix you were using but if it's one like Miracle Grow that already has some additional ferts in it I'd hold off on giving it any additional nutes/ferts. If on the other hand it's something fairly nuetral like Sunshine Mix #2 you might want to give it a little dose of something. It all depends on what your potting mix says it's already got in it.

I've been growing in the standard Miracle Grow potting mix that has some time release ferts in it so I haven't had to give to much additional ferts. Especially when the soil was fresher but now that I'm farther along in the grow and some of what was initially in there has been used up I'm feeding a little heavier. I've been using Jack's Classic (20-20-20) this grow but have only used it at 1/4 teaspoon/gallon a couple of times (not every watering).

My Jack's (20-20-20) doesn't contain any Mg (Magnesium) so I've made up for that by giving my plants some Epsom Salts. If what you've been giving your plants doesn't list Mg as a trace element your plants might benefit from a little bit of it next time you water. I use it at 1/2 teaspoon/gallon a couple of times during a grow.

I also give my plants some molasses now and then at 1 teaspoon/gallon.

It's really hard for me to say what you should give your plant at this point with out knowing exactly what soil they're in and how much of what they've already had up to this point. But from looking at the pictures you posted I'm guessing that they've already had a little to much of something a little to early. May be for now the best bet might be to hold off on the high P bloom ferts and wait a week or so to see how they respond to the transplant.

Additionally, every time I upcan (transplant) a plant I like to water it in with water that's had 1/4 teaspoon/gallon SuperThrive added to it. You might want to consider giving your plant a dose of that.

I'm pretty sure everything was good and wet, that 3 gal. pot was heavy. But after a few days it lightend up quite a bit, but let it go another day and then watered yesteday with just water. I am using ocean forest and happy frog mixed with perlite. She is looking quite a bit worse since transplant, these pics were taken yesterday. I think I need to hit her with some nutes next watering. I'm thinking major P defeciency now?
