My First PC Grow, Auto AK-47

Hi guys, i'm gonna need some input on this as this is my first grow ever. This is something that I should have done years ago instead I persisted in buying 2-3 grams for 30 quid. Now this could range from some v good stuff to weed that has been floating around recently which has been sprayed with god knows what. Enough is enough!!

Rite, first off it's in a PC case which isn't really that tall but will be more than enough to get what i need off the plant I bought it ready made off t'internet, laziness is an awful thing!!



Its kitted out in mylar, has a 125w buld and an airpump plus fan. I'll b going hydro later on after i get a few runs going. For this one i'll just be using soil and keeping my fingers crossed.

From i've found this site I have trawled most of the threads, taking in as much info as I can about this as it's all very new, but as always there is only one way to find out

Seeds arrived yesterday, so as i write she has been in the glass for 14 hours. This morning after 12 hours i gave her a little nudge to check her buoyancy and she sunk.


Thought it was too early for that so got her back to the top and will let her sink of her own accord. When she sinks l8r, we'll b using the paper towel method for germination. Exciting times ahead

P.S if anybody uses those biobizz nutes that i have, could you let me know how much u use?

How much did the kit set you back and where did you get it from if you dont mind me asking mate

I was thinking on builiding a little setup like that to also do a Auto or 2 inside of.

how many plants you gonna stick in there?
and you plannin on doing a ScrOG?

Cheers Ben, i got the item off hg-hydroponics website. its the basic one. I'd prob build it cheaper but i just don't have that much time on my hands. Mayb l8r on i may build one As its my first grow ever, i'm only gonna do one plant. Just to see what way its gonna grow, size, width. Next grow i'll do two and then the grow after that i'll do a hydro and compare them to see which yields the most. I had planned on doing a scrog with some chicken wire, but now i'm sort of leaning towards LST. I dunno, my heads pickled!!

Now it has went down like ronaldo i've put it in between 2 wet towels on a plate and covered it up with another plate. Fingers crossed now, cmon baby, be good to daddy!!

Seed has germinated, i've just put it in the pot and the machine is on. Fingers crossed now!!!

A new arrival yesterday as she broke through the surface Now i'm just really waiting at the min, so I built one of those DIY buckets for the when the odour starts. Basically I had an old xbox 360 lying around so took the fans and attached them to the lid of a bucket, wired the fans up to an old nokia charger and bada-bing bada boom jobs a gudin.

Like everybody else i must take a look for the camera because my fone camera is crap, damn u apple!!

First week has been quiet enough, she has just been sprouting out the first few leaves.


I watered her on wednesday and i'm just after watering her again. I'm expecting some rapid development now in the next week as it only veg's for 14 days then enters the flowering stage. All in all she looks healthy and strong, still gotta find my camera though

Hi stevo, my case is just over 17" high, should be more than enough for what i need.

Here are some more pics, i've found my camera just need to get batteries, so i'll nip out to the shop l8r and get some HQ pics up.



Everything seems to b going sweet, watered her again last wednesday with some nutes. In the next few days she should start flowering, happy days!

An unfortunate update, it isn't flowering!! I've started LST and it should have already started to flower as she is 3 weeks old, already near a week late. Bud sites are there but it just seems like it wants to veg!! I've got some serious googling to do now, if anybody sees this and knows how to sort it i'd really appreciate some info.

Did you switch your lighting for flowering? Lots of folks say go from 20/4 to 18/6 during flowering

Hi all, this is stumpy. Changed her to 12/12 after she never autoflowered, and for not much by the looks of it. Can anyone tell me how far away she is from being whacked?
