Thanks for clearing that up SoA, it was only a joke.

Guys, just ignore anything that might stir up drama.

Alright Zen, take it easy. Good luck with your grow.

I would post an update but I use Photoshop to change my format from RAW to JPEG and to re-size my photo to make it less of a burden for RIU to host.

Since we cannot use Photoshop I guess I am out as well.

At least I wont be called names anymore.

So we're getting to the business end of this, I'd like for everyone to add their grow details (light, soil mix, etc) to the next update please. Also, get as many pictures of your whole plant so we can have a comprehensive look at the plant, leaves, full top view, stuff like that... mainly for evaluation purposes so we can all see how healthy the plants we are voting on are. Thanks!
I'd like to offer for your consideration a couple of items if I may.
I understand what you are striving for with the above, however some of this update may not shed a good overall evaluating light on the subjects.
I see at least one going into the final stages and the leaves generally look terrible at this point.
See another still in the early stages. Of course his leaves look super in comparison.
My personal pretty stage is gone. I've pruned, increased light, poured on the nutes, and forcing output at this time. Figuring I have about 2 weeks to cut, Ugly Betty is not getting any prettier than a few weeks ago.
If this is for evaluation then a few of us may be at a severe disadvantage at this time.

Just my thoughts.

They might look terrible if you're thinking a prefect leaf is the standard, yet yellowing and overall dying off of the leafs at this stage is a good sign.

Those shots also help determine the ability the grower has, if they are burnt and crispy, we know they can't figure out their nutrient regimen, if they are yellowing off as leafs normally do we know the contestant is doing something right. Does that clear it up?

Clear? Yes.
Agreeable? Errr, Not so much.

But not wanting to start anything I'll leave it alone.

I see what you're saying cannon. For instance, I haven't fed the 60DW in like 2 weeks, like i'm supposed to. So her leaves are starting to yellow, curl, and get crispy. That doesn't mean I don't know how to feed her, I just havent recently. I think the look of the bud should be more important than the leaves.

Exactly.
I heavily pruned mid last week and changed the feed. She's into what I call a controlled stress. Also pouring on the nutes for another couple days.
So, would my leaf tips look like I'm clueless to growing or does one assume I'm pushing / riding the edge?
And who says the voter is knowledgable in such things (comparing apples to grapes sort of thing)?

Everyone grows different,, some radicly so in comparison.

IMHO,,, Spot checks are wrong. The overall from seed to harvest is the challenge. I understood that is why the updates were important. At least I thought so.

Now perhaps with the cutting,, we could each make a review using the prior pictures from beginning to end may be better? Got my vote anyways. But, I will go with the flow no matter.
