Don't think you're right. May veryu well be a male at the end of the day, but that's got nowt to do with it being male so far as i've ever seen

edit: i see now.....the petiole is cut off the first node,which is where the calyx is growing
this is nothing more than a plant going through maturity

i think it is a male flower emerging, so that has everything to do with it.

Took a look at some pics I had from earlier in my grow and came across this:



You can see the little white things in the middle that look sort of similar to your growth. It could be an underdeveloped leaf?? Sadly this plant never got past this point and just died.

Well, whatever it was it is gone now. I trashed it just in case it was something totally screwy. Got others so not worried about the one.

No worries my man! It might have turned out to be nothing but I didn't want to risk it. I have 4 others that are growing good and hard! I'm hoping for two females (would love 4 females but don't have the room for them right now).
