I don't know 'bout them MG nutes, chief. I used MG soil and MG 15-30-15 on my first grow(bagseed), and it turned out killer. But I'm also using it now on my second grow(Nirvana NL) and my plant is budding sort of slowly and not developing trichomes at all. I'm sure it's okay fertilizer but you might want to use it mixed really weak. Also watch out for Magnesium deficiency, I had that problem with my first grow and corrected it with 1/4-1/2 tsp. of epsom salts per gallon. MG doesn't have any magnesium or calcium in it that I know of. I think for my next grow I'll use some different soil, mix in a little dolimitic lime with it, and I might not even fertilize until I see a symptom of a deficiency. And I'll definitely be checking pH. Good luck though, there is a real good chance that you'll end up with prime quality stuff.
Did you use the MG 15-30-15 throughout the whole grow? IMO, with these ratios there is too much potash for veg and too much nitrogen for flower. Although if i had to I would use this for veg and find something else with less N for flower. Too much N could send messages to the plant that it is time to veg and lights are telling it to flower. You will get better results with less N during flower.

so you would recommend using it for veg only?
It will work for both veg and flower...and may prove to work great for both. The ratios dont seem great for either but I could be wrong. Dont listen to what i have to say about NPK ratios, cuz i really dont know! LOL

It seems you would want something like 10-5-15 for veg and 5-15-15 for flower. Honestly tho, you should look into this with a bigger discussion group.

ok thanks, i'll just use small dosages until i find a better replacement, i bought 2 more lights (26 watt 6500k's) so now have the whole box running them, i have seen a huge improvement with just 2 in there the last day and 1/2, they should really take off soon, i'll update this weekend

in veg you want around 5-1-1 and in flower around 1-5-4.
Thats for the macro nutes, you also need the micro nutes.

-UPDATE-

the plants are a little over a week now, under 4 6500k's and 1 2700k. Haven't changed my setup much besides that. still using MG OC(seems to be working), yesterday i noticed i could see some roots so i covered up the plastic containers with white paper.(hope that's good enough) Dont have much else to say yet, Let me know how the babies look, comments please! Ohh and one last thing, i noticed that one of the plants leaves(pictured below) has one of it's side leaves attached to it, which doesn't look normal, it's probably nothing, but if you can see if, wtf is that?

Sup bro! Everything is lookin good. The wierd leaf growth is possibly a mutant plant but more likely a stressed plant. Dont get worried, many seedlings do stuff like this- i have a few in my garden. She will snap right out of it or continue to grow like that- nothing wrong either way. I would try to replace the white paper with something dark or reflective. Other than that, you are moving along healthy!

....ohh

you are wise my friend.
Just be aware if using tin foil- some will say it will cause reflective burns on your plants. A- ive never seen this actually happen. B- you arent lining the walls with it. and C- the plants are not in the direct path of reflection. just keep that in mind.

Yes, daylight are in the 6500k range. I've seen them from 6500k-7300k at which point I see a jump to 7800k from Walmarts 24" 17w growlights. I use 4 7800k/17w lights and 4 6500k/32w T8's for veg and 7 2700k/ 55w along with 4 4' 2700k/32w T8's for flower. I'm having the same problem with my experimental bagseed. Hot soil and over-watering are the only two causes I've found. I made sure I wasn't too wet and still have the problem so I can only assume that my soil(MG Organic) is too hot.
